The slowest pharmacy. They take foreverrrr. Don't get in the drive thru line unless you have a full tank of gas. It's a shame they do not staff it for how busy they are and their location.

Had some issues placing and then replacing photos at cvs and Micheal was so helpful! I had called and they got it sorted and checked if any of them printed wrong when it had gotten messed up. They showed me how to reprint them! A great cvs experience thanks to micheal!

This is location to pick up your needs and get out of there quickly. Employees are rude and assume you are self check out. No customer service!! Place is the worst CVS I've ever seen .. ever. Shelves were half empty or half full. Store was junky, disorganized and nasty. Glad I only needed a candle.

I like it here because they always normally have what I'm looking for. Best part is the self checkout by the door so you don't have to wait on staff. Being that most business are short staffed, this feature is critical.

The cashiers are tacky and rude. The area is pure garbage next to the Charlotte Transportation Center filled with undesirables.

I gave it only 2 stars because the location is good AND the people in the front are angels! However the pharmacy people are b!+#@$!!!! The people in the pharmacy are young women who are as rude as they come. Especially the Caucasian one. The older Caucasian one was so sweet but I guess she retired or just doesn't work there as much. If you have any questions please don't ask the young caucasisn one anything or you will get yelled at.

Returns are a no go and people are rude! This place should go out of business from all the expired crap they sell and you can't even return it smh the manager I'm sure is probably a ex McDonald's employee for sure. He talks to people of color differently then others .

They don't return items and don't stand behind the merchandise- don't buy here. I also saw that the manager was extremely rude to others in the isles. Pls be careful with this place they have no manners

Terrible customer service!!! Called 866-389-2727 for wait time info on minute clinic was told there was a 13 minute wait. I arrived no more than 5 minutes later to sign in. No assistance was provided in signing in and the touch screen barely works. Upon signing in the screen informed me I had a 230 minute wait over 10x the wait time I was quoted minutes ago on the phone. This was the second CVS I've been to as the first didn't even have a clinic!

I've been in Charlotte for a month for work, I'm staying at the Residence Inn and I've gone to this CVS several times to purchase things because it's right down stairs. Each and every time I've walked in I've been followed and watched like a hawk, to make sure I wasn't "stealing". Tonight I walked in without a purse, just my wallet and the associate walked to the aisle I was in, stood there, watched me pick my waters, watched me purchase them through self-checkout as if there wasn't over 10 other people in the store. Literally ALL the attention was on me. This is the worst feeling ever. Another woman of a different race walked in with me and she even noticed how they were watching me closely and asked me "what's wrong with them and shook her head". It's sad I couldn't even shop in peace. I'm sure people will say "just go somewhere else" but I work hard for my money and to be treated like as if they think I'm a criminal when I'm not even from Charlotte is ridiculous.

For being in such a bustling spot this CVS wasn't great. It felt dingy and dirty and was missing a lot of stuff. I wandered around searching for a few particular beauty product items and finally left, empty handed. For all the video surveillance that made me feel like a criminal I don't think I saw one employee! Disappointing, wouldn't bother to go back. They don't have any parking so there's no point in stopping in unless you're in the Epicentre for some other reason...and even then, good luck on finding the thing you stopped in for.

Don't understand why when you have CVS pay it doesn't work on the express checkout machines! CVS has the APP but it doesn't work for express that an oxymoron
