Despite what the website says, they can’t take passport photos because they “don’t have a camera”.

Have gone there 2 days in a row when they just so happen to be "closing for lunch" over an hour early.. both days.. at random times.. and tell me to come back in a couple hours when they reopen. Tried calling ahead the second day but was on hold for a half hour, decided to head over instead. "Just closing for lunch". MEDICATIONS ARE IMPORTANT. Be reliable or just don't sell prescriptions. Simple as that. This is not the first time I've experienced this same incident, I will be transferring my prescription to a non-CVS pharmacy for now on. Update: got a hold of the pharmacy. They straight up lied saying they were there and they were open at the times I was there. I will be taking photos from now on to expose these frauds.

Pharmacy is supposed to close 1:30-2 for lunch. Arrived at 1:19 and they were already closed. Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere this location is highly unreliable to be open when they are supposed to. And when they are open expect to sit on the phone for 30 minutes.

CVS corporate- you need to hire more people to this location. I can never get anyone on the phone to get a prescription filled (it can't be done through the automated system). I regularly have to wait over 20 minutes on hold. I have to do this every month and it's incredibly annoying to listen to ads about the vaccines you offer and what is available on the CVS app every 30 seconds for 20 minutes. This area is growing, and this pharmacy is not meeting customer needs.

This location is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I have been a CVS customer for YEARS, even before moving to the Carolina's from Connecticut. The Villa Heights neighborhood has been home for the last four years. I enjoy my neighborhood overall, especially as its growing with more family owned businesses who care about their customers. I would rather drive two miles out to uptown than to come into this store around the corner simply because the customer service of the main store staff and the pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I have tried on several occasions and today was the worst of any in store interaction. Pharmacy staff are always so annoyed to help you and talk to you like you are a problem to them. I called the CVS Store, asked to speak to the manager and his initial interaction was not pleasant either. When he realized why I was calling and took my call more seriously, he did provide the pharmacy manager name which I will follow up with because it really needs to be addressed.

I'm a little late posting this, but I had to get this out it's like you can't please everyone/ everybody, I've been under the weather but I'm back now. I was here about two weekends ago to pick up my meds, I had asked the pharmacist which his name is Chris, I had a few questions about some over the counter meds, yes he took time out to answer my questions and to lend me a helping hand plus I been noticing the other staff members how they all pitch in and help each other get your prescriptions ready, helping the customers out eating on the go, we can sit down and eat but they can't but people always complaining, you just can't satisfy people and that's a shame it's ridiculous. Keep the good work up Chris you and the other staff members.

I went for a flu shot and bought some items totalling $24.00 or so, including eyedrops, using the 20% discount coupon. As I was heading for the parking lot, I noticed I got the wrong eyedrops and went back in to exchange. Not only did they not honor the 20%, but they didn't credit me back the tax. So for an item that cost $3 less, I was taxed twice and got 65 cents back. Plus the clerk was incredibly sour the whole time...before and after the exchange. I called Customer Relations and they basically said it was a new transaction so sorry. I will go out of my way to avoid this CVS from now on.

For this to be a national chain management and employees staff should be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed that they continue to live there for more than like this regardless of the type of clientele that the ceiling daily basis for it to be a pharmaceutical drug store and they should definitely take pride in having the clean restroom knowing that some of their clientele have medical needs and don't need to be another dream infected one such as this right here CVS please get your act together with you and me for the rest of the competition

One of the benefits of taking a driving trip is that you can do things like go to CVS and just put the stuff in the trunk. We went to this store today and bought a few items on sale. The store was very clean - but the reason why I'm giving five stars is because the manager and the young female cashier were *incredibly* friendly. When talking to the manager (who had a great sense of humor and he was very helpful), I discovered he's from Brooklyn and he recently transferred to Charlotte with CVS (NYC's loss and Charlotte's gain). Also; I needed two rainchecks and the cashier was very sweet-natured.

I usually hate shopping at dedicated drug stores since you can get almost anything you need from them at a grocery store for cheaper. But, as is the case with most dedicated shops, there are services that make it worth the expense. In this case it is a pharmacy that has good hours, fills your prescription quickly, and will call to let you know when it is ready to pick up. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my meds and while they aren't always cheery the staff (at least in the pharmacy) is professional and competent. If you are looking for something less prescribed they have a decently large selection and no one looks at you funny for taking far too long to choose the right shade of lipstick. Parking is plentiful, though getting in and out of the lot can sometimes be a challenge. Still, I'll take it over the other branch in PM any day.

I live nearby so when in a pinch for something this is a great place to run to. Store is kept very clean. Employees seem to be allergic to smiling, but the job gets done.
