Went here to get my antibiotics and pain killers for wisdom teeth issues. They took almost an hour to get them filled after me “checking in” in person, then the guy said I could get the antibiotics cause I hadn’t had the surgery yet which made 0 sense. Absolute joke of a place. Do not go here unless you have to

I went at 1:40 on June 20th to pick up an emergency medication that I just got filled and I needed before catching a flight. I asked the lady if I could pleaseeee get it when she walked by because they were closed for lunch. She was super rude and dismissive. She had no empathy for the situation and handled it so poorly. I have already had so many bad experiences here and she just put the cherry on top of why I hate this location

If I could give this CVS a zero star I would. This is absolutely the WORST CVS I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacy turn over is constant. The drive thru is now never open and you wait forever inside. The people working the pharmacy could not be any ruder. They will ignore you even if you’re standing there several minutes. I get you’re busy but common courtesy of acknowledgement would be nice. And then when they do wait on you they are short, curt and down right RUDE. The store is always pretty rough looking, and there are constantly homeless people milling about outside. I am moving all of our business from here. I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt for years now because it’s near our neighborhood but no more. I’m done.

This is the worst cvs I’ve ever been to, the lady in the register at the vaccine check in didn’t want to accept my insure. I’ve been to 2 different cvs locations where they have, so I don’t know what’s the problem here. I just needed to get my hepatitis B booster, I even told her I could pay for it if my insurance couldn’t cover it. Since I have to have this vaccine for my nursing class I really needed to have it done. Terrible costumer service from the lady, this happened at 12:30, January 27th.

99% of the time the drive thru is closed and you will wait forever inside. The only saving grace is most of the time the ladies working the pharmacy are very nice

The employees were very helpful and walked me to the items I was looking for. I had no problem checking out and applying my digital coupons as well. Very satisfied with the staff.

Worst experience trying to get my disposable camera film developed. Lost my film and it's been almost 2 months. I recommend you do not take your photos here to be developed, the management and staff are awful and couldn't care less about you.

Wish I could give zero stars. In all my years of getting prescriptions filled at pharmacies have I ever experienced the incompetency of this location. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt usually but this place I will never attempt to use again. If you are thinking of having a prescription transferred to this location, think again. It’s a joke. They don’t communicate and don’t take responsibility. I suggest running away from this pharmacy as fast as you can!
