What’s the purpose of having physical stores if everything is locked up? I know it’s not CVS fault but please get better security to prevent thieves from ruining customers in person experience.

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are rude and short with customers, did not verify the current address or insurance and when calling to correct information, they said "you have to come in". I've worked at CVS in the past, I know that is totally untrue. I will be reporting this to corporate.

I always come to this cvs because it’s close to my job for the past couple of times that I came employees have been following me around the store looking to see if I’m going to steal. I understand that due to the location they have homelessness people coming and taking things but that’s has not reason of why I'm being treated like this.

Horrible! Update your dang hours! Google says you’re supposed to be open - I came at 8pm!
Supposedly the manager doesn’t want to “manage” and closes the store early! Stay in the store instead of taking breaks!
Hope Corporate CVS is tracking the money made at this location because I definitely came to patronize this business! ☹️

Actually closes at 9:40 apparently… and actually just cussed me out when I pointed out they actually don’t close for another 12 minutes. Was actually called a “flamer” and given the finger.

Shoutout to Chiane. For letting me experience the worst possible service. Now I know what terrible service is!

Collin was rude and appeared upset to have to process my return. I informed him that the charger doesn’t work for my phone. He acted as if he couldn't process return. Once he processed the refund he acted as if he wasn’t sure when the refund would process. I Then requested the refund in cash, he said he couldn’t give cash if I used my card. So i requested the manager. David apologized for Collin and stated collin was having a bad day. But, a bad day doesn’t mean be rude to customer or act unsure about questions he should know as a cashier. I appreciate David trying to smooth things over but as a grown man I would have preferred Collin apologize being that he came off rude and as if he didn’t want to help. It made me feel he had a problem with my race being that me and my friend were the only African Americans in the store. His nasty attitude didn’t come off to the white people in the store. Im really disappointed that Collin is the type that CVS had representing Them at the front of the store. Thanks again to David for trying to rectify the situation.

I think the bad reviews for this CVS were meant for one of the other uptown stores. I’ve been a regular customer at this CVS for years. I had similar bad experiences with the CVS on Graham St., but never with this location (Queen City Corner/former Epicenter). They have a nicely sized store, great inventory and product selection, very friendly staff, and the very best pharmacy team. They always make sure to ask you if you want to use your care credits. They work with me on my prescriptions to make sure I get the best price, and they have the best customer service. They always remember you, and kindly welcome you to the store as you enter. I just can’t understand the unflattering reviews at all.I am a jelly bean addict. There, it’s out there in the world. Every once in a while you’ll find Russell Stover jelly beans. If you’ve ever had those, you know how yummy they are. I first found them in a CVS when I lived in NY. I think CVS is the only drugstore that carries them. If you try to get them on Amazon they are like $20 for a small bag. It’s always a huge treat to find those :) at this store. Plus, they have a normal price at the store.

The staff are amicable and do try to help with any problems. However, I had visited this store several times to print photos at the photo center and every time they were unable to fix the machine. Do not go if you need to use the photo center.

Giving an extra star because I love the pharmacy staff. Don’t tell people you have parking if you won’t validate it for them. That is not having parking.

This location has the best customer service! Thank you Sarah, Tammy and certainly Kimora. This is my neighborhood CVS and these three ladies make it pleasure with each visit!
