The information for the item I ordered, indicated it was in stock at that store. It was not in stock and had to be delivered to that store. My thoughts are if it had to be delivered to that store it could have been delivered to a CVS store that was closer to me.

I arrived to the pharmacy with 5 minutes to before closing and it was already closed, and I saw two separate employees on the other side of the window that would not help me. Do not send scripts here.

I literally just walked out of the rudest cvs I've ever been to,I was accused of taking a free sample of axe spray because I wanted to know what it smelt like, and the so called "manager" woman with long dirty blonde hair and gray sweatshirt said I should buy it and no free samples like I'm some kinda bum. I will never go to another cvs and I work in the area near this one and will advise people not to go there that come in my bar.

Same medication every month has to be ordered yet they take over a week to get it after daily phone calls every time....no care attitude, largest pharmacy in country and you can't stock a medication? I called company and there's no shortage, it's expensive is why I think they don't want to order it.

It says this location closes at 11:00pm and it’s 10:28pm. I pulled up and all lights are off. This is annoying to come to a business that should be open and they are closed 30 mins early. Get it together.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I had my revised prescription sent to this store. I got a text message that they had received it that they would let me know when it was ready. Luckily, I tapped into the message and it said they were out of stock and it would be weeks before they could fill it. I tried calling and was routed to their voicemail to have someone call me back within a hour. Nobody called. Several hours later I called in after waiting for 30 minutes the call was disconnected. I called back and after 10 minutes someone answered and said they didn't have the medicine without even looking up my prescription, they told me I needed to call other CVS to see if anyone had the medication. When I asked if that was the best they could do, he put me back on hold for another 5 minutes before someone got on and they told me I was out of luck and needed to call other stores. I asked if they could let me know who had inventory she finally looked it up and said nobody else had that Rx. When I asked if they had a different dosage, she said she would check other stores but then she said they had a lower dosage but could not give it to me because it wasn't what the was written for the prescription. So since it is now after hours, I have to call the doctor tomorrow and have a different Rx sent. Both people I spoke with acted like I was horribly inconveniencing them by asking for help getting medication that will cost me $380 out of pocket for a 30 day supply. This is a medicine I have been getting filled at CVS for months now.
This is why many people including me believe we have the worst healthcare system in the developed world. The patients/customers are the least important thing in American healthcare and the corporate monopolies that run it all do not care about people at all.

Unable to speak with a pharmacist, must leave v/m. I called before my prescription expired and was told I could pickup the following day but they were unable to fill the 90 day supply so when I arrived it wasn't available. The prescription expired before they could fill the order. My doctor called in a new prescription and they are unable to see the new prescription. The pharmacist promised to call me but she only sent me a text message which I was unable to respond to.

No one at this pharmacy knows what’s going on. If you call you will get a different answer from every single person you speak with. Not only that, they will do everything they can and provide every excuse in the book to avoid having to help you or fill the prescription. So after you run around calling your doctor, insurance, etc like they instruct you to, in the end you find out it was just more misinformation on the pharmacy end. It’s a joke and someone is going to get hurt (given the wrong information/medication) having this many people working that don’t know what they’re doing.

If only I could give a zero start. The worst place ever. It looks like they just like to avoid giving the medicines as much as they could. I dnt understand the closing time logic either. I was in the pharmacy once at 7:01 and they said it’s closed and sent me back. I understand I was one min late and didn’t argue. The next day I reached 6:20 and they again say u can’t get the medicine now pick it up the next morning. I dnt understand how it will take 40 mins for them to get me just a painkiller and antibiotic. They just try and avoid giving it away or it could be a racial thing as well. I don’t really want to get on the racist path but it definitely felt that way.
