This is the worst run pharmacy in Charlotte. There are always long lines and aside from a few, these people have no courtesy for their customers. Especially the pharmacists. The worst was when I went in to pickup a prescription that was called in more than 24 hours ago and I was told it wasn’t filled and they were to backed up so I either needed to go to another pharmacy or come back the next day. It was 7pm so going to another pharmacy wasn’t an option and when I tried to call another CVS pharmacy you can’t even talk to anyone, they force you to leave a message. Two days to fill a prescription that people depend on for their health is completely unacceptable. These people simply don’t care and I have been coming to this pharmacy for 10 years. I will say the assistant manager of the store was empathetic to my situation but unfortunately had no authority to resolve the issue. Not that CVS cares but they have lost a customer of 10+ years. Customer Support is just non existent. Give your pharmacists some training on how to properly treat customers and hire more people if you can’t keep up with the demand rather than making it an issue for me, a paying customer.

Did not fulfill prescription autofill. Did not inform me when prescription needed to be refilled by doctor. Did not reach out to doctor until second day I called them.

Continues to lie about meds for my brother whom is on life support being ready after receiving text stating the medication is ready for pick up the staff at the pharmacy needs more customers service training they are putting people's lives in danger by giving the wrong information and when they always say it's at another store which I transferred my brother's meds 6 mths ago the only person that was nice was Jason I wish I could post my brother picture he has brain damage, cebral Palsy, trach and tube with chronic lung disease 😢

I’ve never had a bad experience until today. I’ve been coming her for over ten years mind you. I was told by the pharmacist that I had no prescription here or refills, I gave all my correct information and she kept insisting that nothing was on her screen. Luckily an other pharmacist was kind enough to come check and my prescription was in west palm beach FL? I have never lived there or picked up something there ever in my life. I can only imagine being elderly or disabled and being treated how I was this morning. We all have bad days but that inexcusable. Be kind and do better!

There is something very off putting about this CVS. Always following people and suspecting them of stealing. The employees are too low income to be stereotyping. But I think this is just the nature of retail, particularly now.

Revising my review downward.
Horrendous customer service- particularly bt the pharmacists who act mean & annoyed. Never explain anything.
Poor communicators generally. I called today and she was unintellible via phone and offered zero help.
This CVS needs to be torn down and start from scratch

Terrible service!! I’ve had to transfer every prescription out to a different CVS. Most recently, they were about 2 days behind on a medication refill that has extreme side effects when a dosage is missed. When I called, all I was told was that “there’s a lot of people ahead of me that also need their medication”. I transferred the med & got it filled within the hour. Another instance, my boyfriend went in 40 minutes before they closed to get an eye cream. They started closing early and told him to “go somewhere else” because they were “done for the night”. Having medication constantly messed up due to an unprofessional pharmacy is very frustrating!! Would never recommend them

The decor and weird parking entrance leaves something to be desired, but anytime I pick up my meds the staff is ALWAYS nice and efficient (even when they are obviously overwhelmed or tired).

The attitudes of those working in the pharmacy are beyond diabolical they all need to either find a new occupation where they aren’t working with people or get trained better. I will never go to this location to get any prescription filled!
