I am leaving a poor review in the hopes of getting attention from someone higher up who can fix this. The pharmacists and techs are working extremely hard at this location but they are clearly understaffed and don’t know how to handle the volume of customers that they have. Went today and waited 45 minutes on line for my prescriptions that were ready. Workers are kind and seem to be trying their best but there was basically one person behind the counter who seemed to be helping every single other pharmacist/tech figure out what to do.

I've witnessed 2 robberies while there. People just waltzing out the store without paying for their stuff. The retail staff are poorly equipped to deal with problems like that. The pharmacy staff is so overworked. Oh and one time I had just gotten out of the hospital and desperately needed a pain pill and the pharmacy was closed because evidently somebody jumped back there and started stealing pills. It was a Sunday and I could get no one on the phone, so I just dealt with excruciating pain from my surgery. So yea if you can go to another pharmacy. Still 3 stars bc it's not the staff's fault it's more about greedy CVS corporate not putting a dime into a very busy store and not supporting their employees.

Pharmacy is disorganized and chaotic. They have lost prescriptions, failed to refill orders made online and employees lack basic customer service skills.

EVERYTHING is in a case now and nobody ever comes when you request it (it calls over the intercom too) I just left and didn't buy anything.

The self checkout bags are so small they don't hold ANYTHING and the voice of the self checkout is yelling in your ear to place things in the bagging area while you are trying to deal with these ridiculously small bags! Not what you want to be messing with when sick!
Also you are out of thermometers! Y'all are just pathetic

TERRIBLE customer service at the Pharmacy all of the techs truly act like they don't want to be at work... smh I asked for additional information about my prescription and was never given a clear answer or a sense of attentiveness or urgency to provide a resolution. Will never be using this location again. Please hire staff that actually wants to do their job & support customers.

They are understaffed badly BUT the staff that do work are so kind and helpful. This CVS has everything you’ll need and if you need help finding something they’ll help.

Terribly slow. The staff moves with no sense of urgency. Forced to wait one hour just to use Good RX coupon which simply required a new price sheet to be printed. Definitely will not be using them ever again.

So Sad To Hear One Of The Best Employees Will No Longer Be Working There, Literally Ms.Torres Had The Most Brightest Approach & Respect For Us Customers. The rest of the store had lazy, rude employees, ima regular shopper, the store manager is rude and nasty, so are the other employees, never taking the initiative to go above and help us out when needed. Such a horrible store, sucks one of the best employees wont be there.
