I'm going to report them to HR for regularly not answering the phone. Making people show up for just A QUESTION. How lazy are you.

Workers not trained to take payment or to help customers return items while the manager on break. Makes no sense and need to be addressed

I have to agree with the other reviews on this CVS. It is the absolute worst. The other day I went in because the CVS that is my normal CVS, didn't have a product that I wanted. But this CVS did. Both CVSs are equal distance from my house but I prefer the one on Woodlawn. It has much better customer service. However, because I needed this product, I went to the CVS on Wilkerson. Big mistake. I should have went to Walgreens. I was in a great mood, Christmas spirit and all. That did not last....They had the product I was looking for and with a big smile on my face, I walked up to the register where I was greeted with not a smile, not a 'good afternoon', not even a 'hello', but instead I got 'you going to pay with cash or card?' when I said card, this incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate staff member just pointed to the self-service machine and didn't say a word. Seriously, I'm going to pay more to go to CVS than I could get this product at the grocery store, and you're going to point like I'm a child? I couldn't believe it and when I vocalized my disbelief she pretended like she didn't hear me and walked away. I don't get how it would have been harder for her to have said 'hi. Are you going to pay with a card or cash?' Wait for my response and if the need was that I go to the self-service machine politely say 'would you mind going to the self-service machine?' I would have continued on with my happy attitude. But no disrespect is what CVS is allowing their employees to provide...I'm sorry if she is not happy or having a bad day, don't take it out on the customer. But now I've left the store incredibly mad and offended. It is this kind of disrespect and lack of common courtesy that is missing in the retail world today. I'm so glad there are still some stores such as the CVS on Woodlawn that teaches their employees how to talk to other customers like they are adults and human adults at that. She needs to remember that the only reason she gets a paycheck is because I go into that store. I guarantee you I will never step foot in that store again. And she should never get another paycheck for being in a customer service role.

This store is horrible. Either it due to being short staff or they just don’t care but Please find another location to fill prescription.

This location is critically understaffed and unsupported. The wait times for in-person and telephone service both are way too long. Even my provider was on a 20 min hold trying to reach them.

As I write this review, I've been on hold now for 35 minutes. Haven't yet spoken to the first person. Need I say more?

This is the worst ever CVS in Charlotte, I don't recommend going here! They are rude as hell.

This CVS is the worst. You will have to call to make sure your prescription is being filled otherwise it will be in “process” for days. The sad part is they will never pick up the phone for you to speak to them to make sure your prescription is being filled. DON’T GO HERE!

Good luck trying to get prescriptions filled here. Pharmacy is super rude, disorganized, and NEVER answer the phone.

The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. They’ll make you wait 8 -10 solid minutes before giving you service, they’ll walk right past you and ignore you before even saying anything. They’re ghetto and the worst cvs I’ve been to.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with the pharmacy. From the waiting times to the horrific customer, service and experience, a Pharmacy has never played such a huge role in my frustration. If you call, you have a minimum one hour wait before somebody picks up. If you go there, it does not matter if you were in the drive-through or standing in line in person still a 30 to 45 minute wait no matter the time of day. I have had to have them re-add my insurance card to every single prescription every single time I come in. And every single time I call to confirm I want my prescription, I show up and it’s somehow not ready or not ordered and no one knows what happened. Every. Single. Time. I am yanking every single prescription from them. CVS does not deserve my money anymore.

The staff in the pharmacy are always very friendly. They are always really busy so sometimes my prescriptions aren't ready when I go, but I don't mind waiting if the service is nice

The entire staff at the store I visited were all very friendly and enthusiastic about answering my questions and were very knowledgeable about products I like that I didn’t even know about some extra savings on my card and the employee brought it to my attention that I was able to save more money. Also I use the pharmacy and they were all super helpful and friendly and they were very knowledgeable and patient and professional with my concerns about a health issue and how to handle it as wellOverall 10/10 yes I would recommend this store
