The poor pharmacist was working by herself all day with no technician help her and she did best she could. I wish the cvs pharmacy district manager got involved into matter. Jorge laguna. He can look me up into cvs system.

Horrible experience at this location. Have used them for months and haven’t had issues minus a few minor delays here and there with medications getting filled when stated. Went to fill my prescriptions and they lost the script after it was dropped off and it was never filled. Okay no big deal. Things are busy. Called back the next day to check to see if my meds were ready and the pharmacist started making comments about my dosage, medication, prescription, etc. Completely 1000% out of line and never should have left the pharmacist mouth even if she was thinking it or if she was having a bad day, that type of behavior is completely inappropriate. Every time I tried to speak to ask something I was literally spoken over. I have never experienced such horrible service. Don’t even waste your time coming here. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but no one is entitled to be rude and degrading to customers who are struggling to care for these selves and their loved ones. The last thing someone needs is to have a pharmacist question your medical history and medication you are taking. How utterly inappropriate

This the most worst and ghetto CVS ever. I called to check the status of my prescription today and staff told me me to hold on while also talking to another staff member in the background for 10 mins. I saying hello she typing and speaking to another staff member and than hung up. When I call back to share my frustration she acted she didn't care and still type being silent than pull my information and tell me that my prescription has not been filled at another pharmacy. When I ask her which one she tells me she unable to see the CVS it is curenty located. How can you not see where my medicine is located I been with CVS for years. I always have a issue with this pharmacy it defintely need to be restruction and a brand new team because the staff is disrespectful and rude as hell. I will be escalating this up to corporate I am so sick and tired of tthis CVS

One word: incompetence.I have a CVS account already with my insurance information already loaded. Somehow, the lady at the location was not able to pull it up… she must have been typing in my information incorrectly even though she had a screenshot in front of her.She didn’t try to retype it or verify that she had the information correct. Just said “call your insurance” and brushed me off.I just walked away and transferred my prescription to a different CVS that’s slightly further from home, but which is hopefully better with customer service.

Texted me to let me know that my doctor has not approved the prescription refill yet. I went through the steps and called my doctor and turns out it was never sent over to them.I have called 3 times now, been hung up on 2 times and have been on hold for another 20 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone.THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Mind you, they sent me the text on Friday while I am at work. I cannot go into the pharmacy to talk to them and I have 4 pills left. My doctor is not open Saturday or Sunday, and this pharmacy is slow as heck to fill a prescription anyway. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I came here Tuesday during a major eczema flare up and had a bill of over $150. I couldn’t afford it and really needed it so the pharmacist took additional time to find a coupon that helped bring my bill down significantly. I really appreciated her for taking the time to do that for me. Especially since they probably spent all morning filling my scripts so thank you guys so much for all you do :P

I went to pick up a prescription on 1.23 and the line was longer than I had ever seen it. As I got closer I noticed only one person behind the counter. It was the pharmacist Lina. She was hustling alone. Despite the long line and working alone she kept a pleasant demeanor and a smile on her face. The line continued to grow and one customer got so upset she began to curse Lina out. That didn’t stop Lina from continuing to smile and apologizing for the wait. I’m not sure why she was working alone but this pharmacist is the reason why I will continue to choose Target CVS over any other pharmacy. Thank you to all the customers in line who came to her rescue when the woman started cursing her out. This world still amazes me that there are still kind people. And Lina thank you for your grit! You’re a great example of hard work and determination.

If I could give 0 I would. Have literally called from two different phones over ten times and the lady who is answering keeps hanging up on me as if she can’t hear me when I know there is nothing wrong with my phones. Very rude and unprofessional

Hand written note taped to window says pharmacy will reopen at 1040am. Photo taken at 1130am. Pharmacy employees can be audibly heard laughing and playing around from behind the roll up door. Most unprofessional pharmacy ever.

literally been standing at the pick up counter for 5 minutes and no one has said anything. the lady in the pink jacket has her sunglasses on ??? and on god just told the pharmacist “we can lollygag if we went hahah” like girl…..

After being treated like I committed a crime because I went to the wrong window, I was left waiting while the pharmacist held a personal conversation in the line she so rudely kicked me out of.

They only have 1 cashier, line is always backed up! The lady told me my medicine wasn't ready and to come back they closed at 8pm. Came back at 7:40pm and they were closed, me and another woman were waiting and the target manager said it was nothing he could do. Had to wait the whole night without my medicine, came the next morning the lady was still there. She admitted that she left at 7pm and the person was "at the bathroom" right for 20 mins. Terrible service never going to this "CVS" ever again!!!

Seem to always be understaffed and no one ever answers the phone. It is a gamble if you'll actually get your prescription or not any time you go.
