The part I did not complete is the girl at the register advised me that the coupons I had were expired and I did not realize it and she was very nice about any transactions I had with her. I thought the probiotics are terribly high and Aetna otc did not cover them! No other team members approached me on any thing else.

Great experience and Dr. John Kwan went above & beyond calling CVS Caremark on my behalf and changing my prescription from mailing to retail then calling again to override. This process took an hour but he was very patient and kept after it until I successfully received my Dexcom sensors. Highly recommend this location.

I went to the pharmacy’s drive thru to pick up meds. The Asian guy was at the window and he asked my info with the worst attitude. Then went on to say they just received my prescription, it’ll be 30 mins and closed the window and walked off. CVS he needs customer service training and a personality.

Pharmacist is lazy and rude. “Walk in” flu shots are advertised but they would rather send you elsewhere than do their job. I recommend staying away from this location.

I just had the worst experience at the CVS location. I went through the drive-through to pick up my prescription. We were greeted by a very rude attitude, giving disrespectful pharmacist a Korean/Chinese/Filipino decent looking woman I have dealt with her in the past when I have came to pick up other prescription and she has always given attitude and very rude, but I’ve always overlooked it but today in the drive-through, we were told that we needed to come in to get our prescription. I say well why do we need to come in after we sit in the drive-through line? She proceeds to say you have to come in and just close the window in my face so I go inside and I ask her what was the reason that I had to come in for all you know I had Covid. It should not have been coming in. She states that I needed to come in if I want to get my prescription very rudely and disrespectfully I went on to say you are very rude and disrespectful and I don’t appreciate the way you’re talking to me she continues to argue with me for about 3 to 5 minutes in front of four customers that was in line waiting to retrieve their prescriptions as we are going back-and-forth with each other. She begins to walk towards me aggressively mind you I am on the other side of the counter. I stick my hand out, and I say do not walk up on me and she proceeded to say, what are you gonna do? I was baffled. I told her if she came from around that counter and put her hands on me that she was going to find out she proceeded to call the police told them lies and said that I was harassing her and threatening her after she got off the phone, she immediately began to cry. I said you are a liar and I am going to wait for the cops to come so that they can pull the cameras so they can see everything from the beginning to the end I proceeded to call my husband who was waiting in the car to come inside. I explain to him what was going on and he told me he wanted me to go wait in the car that he will just get my prescription to avoid any more altercation and another lady behind the counter who was also very rude. Told my husband because he was with me he was not going to service him. He asked another gentleman behind the counter to help him, and he was told again because he was with me that they were not going to service him. after 10 minutes. The cops never showed so I called them myself and they arrived within five minutes after me calling, I explained my side of the story they go inside to get whatever side of the story that was told by her in the employees in the pharmacy and as they came back out, I was told by the pharmacy leader I believe that I was banned and no longer welcome to come to CVS anymore. I gladly agreed and told him in front of the cops that I wasn’t planning on ever coming back to this CVS ever again after how I was treated. This is ridiculous and I would hate for anybody else to experience this type of behavior. I really feel like a lot of it was racism driven, and looking at all of the other reviews. This is not the first time that people have dealt with the pharmacy and their disrespect and they’re rudeness something needs to change with CVS pharmacy employees I have filed a complaint with corporate. And after speaking with Corporate in reference to CVS pharmacy and how I was treated, I was told by the representative that they cannot tell my husband that they’re not going to service him, especially if they had already filled the prescription but I am waiting for them to get back to me I warned you to not come to this location. You will be sadly disappointed in the service.

More terrible customer service that I've now come to expect from CVS after calling several other local locations. I will never again patronize any CVS location for any reason. I will sooner start my own pharmacy than visit another CVS.

CVS Pharmacy located at the corner of Beatties Ford Road and Mount Holly-Huntersville Road has some outstanding employees. Abriana is one of them. She is always kind, patient, and helpful. She gives the extra effort of care. Her smile and friendly attitude always makes me feel good about my experience with this CVS Pharmacy. This is why I stay loyal to this location.

I dont understand what is the issue with this location. I was advised a request was put in for a refill 2 weeks ago. I tried to fill today and was advised my Dr never responded. The staff is rude and lazy. Something needs to change in this establishment. After contacting Corporate today, the prescription was finally sent over.
