Customer service at the pharmacy is the WORST EVER!!!! On more than 1 occasion I’ve called and have delt with very rude individuals. We switched pharmacies due to this. I would rather driver a further distance than to deal with the rude and unprofessional behavior!

Michael took great care of us this morning. He was pleasant and very helpful. We left the store grateful and smiling. Thank you Michael!!!

Your online shows store hours opening at 8. Went there at 8:30 and walked up and the doors opened so I assumed it was fine. Grabbed the one item I needed, went to the counter and the one lady behind the counter IGNORED me. Completely acted like I wasn’t even there even after I said “excuse me” just to get her attention. I have never met anyone so rude. What a disappointment. Will never go back there.

Adding to all the negative reviews about the pharmacy. If you have simple prescriptions and no questions you’ll be fine, but if you have any questions about your prescriptions you’re not going to get anything out of the staff. In person they’ll tell you to read the information given with the medication. If you call and are lucky enough to actually get someone on the phone they will be rude, won’t answer your questions and will hang up on you. Just another example of the American healthcare system where you need to know more than the experts.

The pharmacy has much improved since the new pharmacists came in. The other employees are also excellent.

RUDEST Pharmacy, staff ever! Totally unacceptable! They are dealing with people that are obviously sick and thats no way you should treat anyone, especially not feeling well or picking up for someone that can't even make it there.TERRIBLE

Just know if you choose this pharmacy then you will experience long lines. Even longer wait if you call in. Oh, and they lost my last prescription so just be prepared...

Long lines, understaffed backlog of prescriptions haven't gotten mine in 3 days. It's important for people to get their meds on time. Need more people to staff the pharmacy. They even had to shut down drive thru due to staff shortages. Huge line inside. Individual workers were pleasant and understanding which is why I'm putting this at a 2 star review instead of 1. The only problem is the staffing isn't adequate. They simply need more people.

This has got to be the worst cvs I’ve ever been to, most of the times my prescription is never ready on time & whatever you do don’t call the hold time is absolutely ridiculous! It’s awful. I put in for my refill on Tuesday, I didn’t hear anything back I called sat and she indicated “we still working on it!” Wow I need to find another pharmacy. It’s insane.

The lack of follow through is infuriating. I came to the pharmacy after being sent here from Walgreens. I walked in, gave all my information and was told they needed to contact the pharmacy I had just left. Ok fine. At around 2:35pm the Pharmacist called and I watched him have the conversation with the pharmacy I had left. 30 minutes later I ask the cvs pharmacist how much longer? He responds oh they were supposed to fax over your prescription and didn’t. For 30 minutes I watched other people come and go and the pharmacist run from behind the counter to give flu shots and covid shots while I sat ignored. He then calls again. In pure frustration I call Walgreens. I was told they had faxed over the necessary information 15 minutes prior to my calling. I spent about an hour in the pharmacy waiting for 4 medications which is utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all.

Terrible pharmacy experience. While trying to pick up a prescription, the pharmacist told me the "medication is discontinued" (which is a complete lie) just because she did not want to deal with the refill. Extremely rude staff at all times in the pharmacy. None of these people should be working in the retail/pharmacy space. I understand that places are short-staffed but lying about a medication being discontinued is unethical.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!! My mom who has Stage IV pancreatic cancer had nausea medicine called in for her 1000 on a Thursday morning that evening she still hadn’t received it, they kept telling my family it would be 2 hours. Next day still no medicine reached out to our doctors office who sent the script again. My mom went back to the pharmacy and was told they are running 4 days behind but they would get hers in about an hour, obviously she was upset ask to speak to someone else and they flat out refuses to help her and they proceeded to mock a cancer patient. Shame on you Bonnie. I have been a nurse for over 15years, 3 years as a nurse practitioner at CVS and I have never treated a patient with such disrespect.

Update 5 months later.SHUT THIS STORE DOWN ITS WORTHLESS. Called to see if my prescription was ready, held on 45 minutes, hung up called the store manager which said she would transfer me to the pharmacy and let them know to pick up (seriously?), after another 45 minutes on hold no one ever picked up called back same thing. The Health and Human Resources needs to shut this entire store down and fire everyone! This is a hazard to the American people. Please file a report to Health and Human Services.I really dislike this location. It was great when Joel was here. I've been on hold for over an hour. I drove there, I'm still on hold in line, they are laughing and talking, ignoring me, I said something to the girl, showed here how Kong I'd been on hold she just says oh. What, really? Shut this location down! Call corporate and complain!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for 4 years and always had a great experience…until 6 months ago. A medical emergency and trip to the ER left me in extreme pain, and prescription pain meds were sent to this location at about 4pm. When I went to pick them up at 6pm, they told me the prescription not only hadn’t been started yet, but would be until at least the next day. Okay. THEY offered to release the prescription so a 24-hr location could fill it for me. A 30 minute drive later, and I discover they never released it. I waited in pain until the next day to go to this location in person to understand the problem. The tech at the time (he’s since left, and I knew him long enough we were on a first name basis with each other) told me how a new pharmacist started and she doesn’t do anything. She left 7 pages of prescriptions in process and unfilled the prior day, closed early, and left them for the Wednesday pharmacist and team to clean up her backlog while handling all of the new scripts from that day. Wow. Just wow. It’s now become so bad, likely due to actions like I’ve mentioned above, that it takes DAYS to get a prescription filled. 2 weeks ago, I waited 2 days for a refill before arriving in person, since they don’t answer their phones. They told me they were short-staffed and could get in done in 30 more minutes, after having the audacity to ask if I needed my medication right away. Umm, yeah. At this point I do. My grace period done passed. 30 minutes and no fill later, I finally went home. Didn’t receive notification my meds were ready until 5pm the NEXT day. I was out of town by then. This pattern continues every couple weeks when I need a different prescription. Today, I’ve had it. They had one prescription for more than 48 hours before filling it, and 3 others for more than 24 hours. I’ve waited more than an hour in the drive through, watching them cut up and not work while I’m visibly in my car in clear view. I’ve contacted corporate and am seeking information about this female pharmacist who’s taken over to report to the board. She clearly doesn’t do her job and it’s affected the entire pharmacy team negatively. I don’t recognize any of the staff anymore that I had grown so used to working with. That’s not normal. An entire seasoned staff leaving after telling me they had issues with a certain pharmacist is not normal and needs attention. It’s unacceptable. They also told me CVS corporate doesn’t care about complaints. So we will see what happens. I’m changing locations to somewhere that cares about their customers. Very disappointing. If you have an immediate need for a prescription, listen to all the reviews here and go literally anywhere else. You will not be adequately cared for or prioritized here, even if you go in person.Disgraceful and despicable.
