Employees are amazing here just as a business they overcharge significantly. Their coupons make it look like you are getting a deal but it’s fake savings.

Definitely not a new CVS. Bathrooms are atrocious. So dirty, no lights, no toilet paper. The staff doesn't seem happy to be at work and treat customers with disdain.

Assistant manger claimed that because we were walking around in the aisles we were suspicious (we were looking for a product) we are 15 years old and just because we are children they are assuming we are robbing. This is a form of profiling which is illegal. I highly advise against going here if you want fair and equal treatment.

Had a pickup in area, and decided to run errands at this CVS…No restroom available??.. yes, rude.. mult staff -not accessible… wouldn’t have asked, if wasn’t an emergency…

I called about a time frame for a medication and was told it would be ready within an hour. I arrived within the time frame and it was ready. The pharmacist was very friendly and quick to complete my purchase--this saved me from making more than one trip. THANK YOU CVS!

They do not keep proper records. It takes a long time to get your script. They share your information to everyone in ear shot.

Really bad service. Not able to renew meds on the due date. Don’t care about the consequences…. Don’t call to inform about the any shortage or delivery issue. Rude people. Bad customer service.

Just transferred our RX to Providence Rd store in promenade. I went over to confirm they had everything and ask some questions about meds. I don’t have her name but the tech that helped me could not have been more kind and patient with me and my questions. She took her time explaining and I asked her to review my probiotics choice. She examined what I had and listened carefully to what I was trying to accomplish with it before making a recommendation.

Living very close to the CVS at Providence Promenade makes my shopping experiences very convenient. Recently I was helped with my photos by James at the front counter and I appreciate this store even more. He was polite, patient and very kind to me. Such a great smile and such a willingness to help an old lady. Actually, there are employees that work in this store who are extremely friendly and welcoming. It is a pleasure to shop here.

Please don’t allow people who don’t know how to use the register to work during lunch when customers have a limited amount of time. I spent 15 mins from the time I was handed my prescription to when I finally swiped my card. A nightmare incarnate.Bonus points for the 6 employees who knew how to help and just watched.NEGATIVE A MILLION STARS

Staff at this pharmacy is reduced as well as the pharmacy hours. The pharmacy is closed for lunch but lunch hours are not posted anywhere. My suggestion is to schedule the lunch time so everyone can take lunch at somepoint but also have someone cover during lunch time. I would love to have back the convenience of the previous open hours.
