The rudest pharmacy staff i have ever experienced led by Manager J at Olde Towne Village Carmel Rd store. If I could choose 0 stars I would.
Take your business elsewhere, they do not care about their customers.

I had a good experience at this CVS store today. I stopped in as a walk-in for vaccines and the person behind the counter at the pharmacy was quick and helpful. I barely waited a couple minutes and then I was being seen. The whole vaccine process took maybe 30 seconds - nearly painless. I also stopped in the store bathroom while I was there and it was nice and clean.

I have a lot to tell, but I see no point in writing a tl;dr post that no one reads. In a nutshell, I was verbally abused by a rude employee named Carol (or so she claimed), who all but refused to do her job. This happened on Thursday, Aug. 1 between 11 and 11:30 a.m. The next day, I spoke on the phone with the manager, Barbara, who heard me out and agreed to call me back, at my request. She did leave me a voicemail message, but only after nearly a week had passed and after I’d filed an incident report with CVS Corporate. In her message, Barbara said that “the situation has been handled” (whatever that means) and invited me to return as a customer. There was nothing approaching an apology in her message, which was the least I expected. I had grown to accept declining standards of customer service at this location, but the Aug. 1 incident was beyond unacceptable. Clearly, there is a problem with the running of this store that goes beyond one employee. As a result, I will not give them any further business, despite having been a regular customer for 10 years.

Compared to my other Cvs store experiences, this one so far is the best.

Angelica was rude! I used 35% off coupon to buy face wash, had to return it (new condition, not opened), and wanted to exchange for a different brand, on the same day, she wouldn’t allow me to use the coupon for the new product. Her attitude was bad!

Out of date medication. Tylenol, hemorrhoids suppository, vitamins and protein shakes. I hope medication behind counter is up to date. Very, very slow service and not the cleanest place

CVS has been my “go to” place for many years. It has so many quality items and is a wonderful “one stop shopping” experience!

Don't go here for the minute clinic the clinician has a horrible attitude, waste of time, door was slammed in my face. All I needed was a covid test and drove pretty far to get the appointment, and was the only appointment around my work schedule.Hard to find the store with the directions the CVS minute clinic auto sends in text because it says "you've arrived" on the wrong side of the building when you enter the back side of the shopping center. I was a few minutes late due to this, but noticed there weren't any patients on the que screen or waiting, both rooms had no patient and the doctor (woman with long dirty blonde hair) said she couldn't see today, and said nobody else has the same complaint (insinuating in lying about the address issue) she said it wasn't her problem, and to complain to cvs about it and slammed the door in my face. The attitude was not helpful in the situation at all. The pharmacist apologized and showed me where the instant tests are.

Terrible minute clinic. Having awful side effects to the medicine given and it’s been days since I’ve been able to reach someone.Absolutely not okay

I scheduled a MinuteClinic appointment which was simple to schedule online. Once I arrived to the location, the signage for the Minute Clinic was easy to spot- I checked in on my phone and was seen promptly. The assistant checking me in and the Nurse Practitioner were both very friendly and patient, listening to all my symptoms. I didn't feel rushed and felt like I received quality care. I asked for my prescription to be sent directly to the pharmacy within the store (even though it is not my main pharmacy) and they were super fast filling my prescription. The employees working behind the pharmacy were all very nice and friendly (which has not been the case at many other pharmacies I have been to). Overall, I was very happy with the level of service from everyone I encountered at this location. I would drive out of my way to come to this location based on what I experienced today.

I’ve never had a pharmacy continually lose my prescription. After 3 times of failing to find my prescription after my doctor sent it over, I physically watched him enter the correct store and submit the prescription. And of course, 3 days later they somehow don’t have it.I called to ask why and they were argumentative with me over the phone. Wouldn't let me speak and insinuated I was lying that I watched the doctor send the prescription. Then they hung up on me.Time to switch pharmacies.

This CVS location always seems to struggle with helping customers. While the store is clean and organized — and sale price tags are displayed (which is not a common occurrence at Charlotte CVS locations) — if you need anything (help with in stock item, pick-up and online order, locating something in the store, etc.) you are typically hard pressed to find someone who can help you. It helps to walk the aisles and ask for help, but I think that the moment they installed self-check out registers, the team decided they didn’t have to staff the front of store. Just be mindful if you visit this store and questions or need help.
