Came today to pick up my prescription like I have for the last 5 years every single month and was told by a new employee that i have never seen before that it would be 1-2 hours (normally 15-20 minute wait when I am sitting right here waiting for it like i always do in the pharmacy). I ask why all the sudden it is so long of a wait when I have never waited so long in the past 5 years and all she can say is there is a lot of prescriptions that came in before mine. I say well yeah It is a pharmacy. She rudely walks off from me while I am talking. As I sit here and watch her interactions with other people, I see her treating them the same way she did to me. This person is a little asian girl with short black hair. I do not know her name but she clearly is new and has a terrible attitude with customers. Everyone knows that when you are in person at a pharmacy waiting for a prescription, it is no more than a 30 minute wait. She needs to learn customer service and clearly learn that waiting customers come before others that aren’t even here waiting for their medicine. I will be making a complaint to corporate as well as I have never been treated so bad in the past 5 years at this location.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this store lately, but it’s in really poor shape. The shelves are practically empty, and the parking lot is filthy and clearly not being maintained. If the staff can’t isn’t supposed to manage upkeep, please hire someone who can. And if restocking isn’t happening, that’s something the manager needs to step in on immediately. Honestly, it looks like the store is shutting down with how bare everything is! Very poorly run for a HEALTH corporation, yikes.
Needs a reboot or something!!!!

The employee with the curly hair is consistently rude. She lies and is intentionally rude. She goes out of her way to make me endure multiple trips to the pharmacy. One time she lost my prescription and I had to wait 30 minutes because she stopped it behind a shelf. Today she took another order after 8pm. But refused to give me my prescription. She had yelled at me numerous times. She is a horrible employee and I’m surprised she still has a job. People like her need to be fired.
Went another day to get same prescription, said they didn’t have it. After they learned I had insurance, it magically appeared and would be ready in an hour. I came back in 1.5 hours. Said it couldn’t be ready until the next day. I said I was told an hour, then she said 20 minutes.
These ppl need to be fired. They’re horrible.

I been calling CVS to take my phone number and name off of this account.. because whoever using it...it ain't me ...so please learn a better way to stop letting people use my name and phone number on this CVS account

Tamra is rude. She had a long chit chat with the previous customer after she finished cashing her out, about walmart, her home town, the girls PCOS, her mama, and everything else while I stood there waiting. Then when I got to the register she had an attitude. Her customer service is terrible and she is very unprofessional.

Not only do they have absolutely no nasal allergy spray in stock; they can’t unlock the stuff they keep locked up because it’s broken. Waiting 45 minutes for an employee to unlock the case. Not only was this Employee rude and extremely unhelpful. He did not say one word to me for quite sometime , and acted like I was bothering him !!! What is wrong with this place. Acting like I am a bother for asking for medicine. He said his name was Jerry and got VERY upset when I asked. No name tag so I don’t even know if that is his name. Was Sunday April 14 at 12:20.

This pharmacy is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST. It’s beyond sad when even a pharmacist plays the discrimination game. The ppl who work in this pharmacy are beyond RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Saddest part is, apparently cvs pharmacy employees are allowed to treat & talk to ppl any kind of way because WHO REALLY CHECKS THEM?!? Tried talking to the store manager & all he could say was that he doesn’t have anything to do with that part of the store. So WHO regulates this??? WHO makes sure the pharmacy techs AND pharmacists/pharmacy managers uphold a standard of AT LEAST decent customer service. I have NEVER had a good experience with CVS pharmacy….& NEVER had to worry about poor customer service at Walgreens, might I add. Not only are they discriminatory against what they THINK is a certain type of patient, but apparently they are discriminatory against black ppl as well. Sad part is even the black pharmacy tech knew the way we were being treated was unfair but she just stood there with the tight-lip. If looks could speak, her’s said “I know this is wrong & I wanna say something but I don’t wanna lose my job”. SINCE WHEN IS IT OK FOR A PHARMACIST TO STOP/DELAY A PERSON’S MEDS IF THE DR HAS RELEASED IT?!?!?! (& no, there wasn’t a problem with insurance). The problem was the pharmacy ppl just WANTED to be difficult because after being jerks, they were proven wrong & didn’t want to accept it. I think I’m most mad at the fact that the ppl on staff yesterday evening aren’t even the same ppl on staff today…but apparently being a jerk-faced evil ?⚕️? transfers from 1 shift to the next at CVS ?. Our whole morning RUINED all because a pharmacist couldn’t stand to be proven wrong. At this point, I’m convinced, CVS IS THE DEVIL ?

I was treated with so much disrespect from the cashier April 1 at 8:00pm. There is no reason to step over people just because it is closing time. This woman and the pharmacist were so aggressive and arrogant thatt they should not work with public if they can’t keep calm and be kind. Specially dealing with sick, old and vulnerable people.

This place normally does a good job but my only complaint is that if you happen to call just before they go on lunch, I am pretty sure they will hang up on you. This has happened to me multiple times recently and I can never remember when their lunch hour is. And just like that, even if you have waited for several minutes, someone comes on the line and disconnects the call and when you call back it says the pharmacy is closed for lunch. This is really not a very nice thing to do and I suspect it is because they are so pressured to go to lunch. CVS ought to be better about providing their staff ample breaks. Every time I go in there it is obvious they are swamped and everyone is stressed out.

Use a five dollars coupon on two items that was $5.79 and $5.49 could eat the salt peanut I bought so I returned them and Brain on wanted to give me 3.03 for my returned and I 6.21 total

CVS is a people friendly retail drugstore where you can get not only your prescriptions filled, but also other name brand merchandise and accessories that make you feel good about being you! As for me, A real woman!

Terrible customer service, there system was not receiving a prescription. Instead of working with the provider on the call they just said figure it out to the provider.
