PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE, THERES ALWAYS A LINE AND THE EXCUSE IS THE SAME “WE SHORT STAFFED”. IVE CALLED FOR 3 DAYS NO ONE EVER PICKED UP AND IVE BEEN WITHOUT THIS MEDICATION FOR 3 DAYS, WHEN I WENT UP THERE TO SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACIST, WHO SEEMED TO BE ON THE PHONE WHICH I CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TOO, SHE WAS NO HELP AND AGAIN ANOTHER DAY I LEFT WITH NO MEDICATION. HIRE PEOPLE AND PAY THEM WELL SO THEY WONT QUIT AND WE AS CUSTOMERS WONT HAVE TO BE IN LINE FOR OVER AN HOUR WITHOUT ANY SOLUTIONS! ??I WILL BE TRANSFERRING MY MEDICINE OUT OF HERE AND THE SAD PART I JUST TRANSFERRED FROM ANOTHER PHARMACY! DONT COME HERE!!!

I have been using the Mallard Creek CVS location for over a year and it has consistently provided the poorest customer service experiences both in person and over the phone. I understand they are very busy however the staff always seems annoyed which leads to rude interactions with the customers. Calling this location is a nightmare for both providers and customers. There have been multiple times where I have had to call them 3 - 4 times throughout the day and was on hold for 45 minutes or more each call leading me to have to go in person just to speak to the pharmacy.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. The app to refill prescriptions doesn’t always work. This means you must go into the store to request a refill or call. This last time I waited for over 1 hour. I was previously told not to hang up because you will have to just call back and get in the queue again…I was forced by insurance to fill through CVS or I would still be using Publix Pharmacy HAPPILY!

Wow shocked at how rude the drive through pharmacy girl was. I was very pleasant and smiling and she acted like I was just one more nuisance added on to her day. I ended up leaving.

Pharmacy is dangerously understaffed to the point where no pharmacist on staff during certain times . Dangerous practices taking place . The people working the register go as fast as they can but still not enough staff and they shouldn’t be operating without a pharmacist at any point time.

This review is for the pharmacy, which has horrible management and also rude employe. Two times within 3 weeks time frame they cancelled our vaccine appointment 30 minutes before the appointment. I get the first time was unforseen situation but what about second time? During the week I received reminder and in the morning instructions what to do, then right before the appointment they cancelled. This clearly tells how horrible the management and planning are in this place.

This review is for the worker by the name of ALEA at the Rx pick up line only.I pulled up to the drive through line (full service line) requesting to fill a prescription. From the beginning her tone and demeaner was off putting and seemingly rude. When i requested a refill, she said i had just had this prescription filled 3 weeks ago and she couldn't do it. This is not the case, and I think frankly she just didn't want to do her job. I had to park my car and go inside (defeating the purpose of the drive thru window) and speak with someone who actually listened to me. I was able to get the prescription filled no problem inside.About 5 minites later, another customer came inside complaining about ALEA at the window again. She was rude and wouldn't accept her goodrx card... If this girl hates her job and working in customer service, then maybe she shouldn't be!!!

Actually the worst CVS I have ever been to. The pharmacy is lazy and unprofessional. Even doing their job is a huge inconvenience to them and they make sure you are well aware how irritated they are that they are at work.

Please give Tasha in the pharmacy a raise. She went through a line of like 30 people, using three different registers by herself. She was friendly and helpful and was in superhero mode. Very amazing experience.

This place is so unprofessional now! Workers leaving customers to be on the phone or eat. The lady with the platinum hair being so rude and catching an attitude over simple questions. If they can’t take the heat of being packed then they need to close this CVS down or find better workers. You’re in a field that is always busy. This is what you signed up for. My medication was sent two days ago & still was not ready when I went to the location to pick it up . They need order in this pharmacy it’s getting out of hand no wonder so many ppl transfer to Walmart & Harris Teeter for prescriptions.
