I needed something real quick and put in CVS in my GPS. I'm from out of town and usually go to my local CVS. As I waited for the store to open I read the reviews. I just knew the store wasn't going to open on time. My suspension was right. It was 8:07 when an employee showed up. I patiently waited. Another customer left.

Male pharmacist is super rude and talks to you like you’re stupid like he wants to wave his diploma and male ego in your face. I’m always super, super nice to staff because I was a technician for yearssss and know how it is, but this man was intolerable. I had a question about why the quantity was written in wrong on my prescription. I got upset that he wasn’t understanding what I was asking and he asked in a condescending tone
“Why’re you crying and getting emotional?”-almost laughing at me. I then called to clarify my question and reword. He continuously cut me off mid-sentence. He also said it’s not a big deal just have another doctors appointment…as if i have the money just to spend. I asked him to check how many refills the doctor wrote in and he said he couldn’t do that and that it’s not his problem and talk to the doctor not him. I’ve worked as a technician at CVS before…I know there’s a saved scan of each written prescription that is easy to pull up. As soon as I told him that he got defensive and immediately hung up and said I could leave a voicemail. I told him he was acting unprofessional and that I’ve never treated a patient the way he treated me (neither has any other doctor). He then said he took an oath to be a professional healthcare provider…then act like it.

Filled only half my prescription. When I got home and called about it, I had to wait for quite a long time while they verified with their photo records that I was correct and only received half my prescription. It’s very frustrating to have to make multiple trips to the store with their very very long lines and to have to wait on hold for such extended periods of time. Do not recommend this location.

While on the way home from picking my grandson up for high school, I had to stop off at CVS. I was having trouble with my extra card and the manager was very nice and helped me. The manager was also telling me about the extra CARE program that was available.

If I could give zero stars, I would do that. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8am. I was there at 7:50 waiting. At 8:20am, I went to someone who works in the location to ask if the pharmacy was going to open today. The person working informed me the pharmacist hadn't gotten there yet. I asked if 8:00am is when they are supposed to open since that is on the website, and they said "Yeah they just haven't gotten here yet." Thankfully it's nothing life threatening for medication, but what if it was? So after waiting 45 minutes, I left.

Curt the manager was too busy to help me with a exchange.. I got refund. He had me looking thru the aisles for an associate when he could took two minutes to assist me. He was “caught on a conference call” poor service. Too get the guy to help me he screamed thru the store.

Pharmacy wouldn't honor my GoodRx coupon. I looked online and there was nothing on the GoodRx website stating participating CVS locations only, nor that the coupon is not guaranteed.

I went into the store around 8:00am. I was greeted by Kia, a CVS employee as I was walking down an isle. She was very friendly and personable. I was inquiring whether the Easter candy had been clearances yet. She quickly scanned several different items in the Easter section. They did scan as clearance priced.
Kia also assisted me in my search for a certain brand of makeup. She was very helpful and she made my shopping experience a very positive one.
As for the store overall, it was a bit unorganized, but Kia had mentioned that they had just gotten a truck in and that they were in the process of stocking their shelves.

Title: Terrible Experience at CVS Pharmacy
My recent visit to CVS Pharmacy was an absolute nightmare. The service was excruciatingly slow, with staff seemingly indifferent to the growing queue of frustrated customers. Even worse, they were never prepared, constantly scrambling to find prescriptions or items that should have been readily available.
To add insult to injury, the pharmacy seemed to pick and choose which prescriptions they wanted to fill, leaving customers waiting indefinitely or forcing them to go elsewhere. The cherry on top of this sundae of disappointment was the appalling customer service. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for the inconvenience they caused.
What's most infuriating is the complete lack of accountability from CVS Pharmacy. There was no acknowledgment of their shortcomings, let alone any attempt to rectify them. It's evident that they have no desire to improve their services or provide a satisfactory experience for their customers.
Save yourself the frustration and avoid CVS Pharmacy at all costs. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there that actually value their customers and strive to provide efficient and respectful service.

The slowest and least prepared pharmacy I've ever been to. Med bags are scattered all over the floor behind the desk and there's 0 order to what they're doing. I've been waiting a while to leave this review hoping that my experiences have been flukes. No... This is absurd.Funny enough, I'm currently in the drive through line for the pharmacy and it's averaging 17 minutes per customer(yes, I set a timer because I had that much time to think about it). There were 5 cars in front of me, so do the math.I've actually written this whole review in 1/5 the amount of time it took the pharmacy to give one customer their prescription). I don't like leaving scathing reviews, but this CVS has earned it.

(3/1/24) This place keeps going downhill. My last prescription took forever to fill and I waited over half an hour, I was never informed that it was ready. The next prescription was put back into stock before I could pick it up. This time, I'd stopped by the pharmacy yesterday and the pharmacist told me that it would be ready today. So here I am waiting again. It's not ready. I really have to find a different pharmacy.

I've been coming here for a couple years and never had issues until today! If I could give less than one star I would! I am a patient and understanding person when it comes to waiting but today was ridiculous and I've been a pharmacy tech before and we had less help and got prescriptions filled faster than this location! I came in to pick my rx and was told one of them was out of stock but they had it now and it would take 15-20 mins, went to the grocery store and came back within that time and got in the drive thru line, I waited for at least 45 mins or more and the cashier acted like she couldn't find all of my rx's! I transferred everything as soon as I got home since they're so disorganized with like 6 people working back there, I'll be one less person they have to worry about filling scripts for, maybe that will help, a little ?
