Worst pharmacy staff. The girl at the counter didn’t even bothered to respond. Even after asking for help thrice regarding a medication she didn’t respond and was humming and just looking at the monitor..there is no other customer. I tried to ask other people at the pharmacy but none responded.

The pharmacist Devon and her staff do an excellent job of keeping track of prescriptions and ordering medications ahead of time so they can be picked up when needed. Devon is able to navigate the red tape of medicare and is responsive to calls and questions. Joining this CVS has been a game changer. Gone are the tears and worry about running out of medications. I fill prescriptions weekly and have been coming to this CVS for over a year. I couldn't be more grateful!!

They close at 09.30 instead of 10.00 PM, I had my sick child in the car rushing to get some medicine and they had every door and shutters closed at 09.30, even though I was there at 09.50.. the manager was so rude and basically told all of us outside to so whatever we want to do…

I always have problems w my coupons .i usually go to the trade st location and I always have a problem . I went to arrowwood location this time got my meds fast and then I checked out w my 4$ off coupon and had no problem! I def will start using this store it’s got more stuff and they are faster!

Love the drive-thru pharmacy option. I trust my pharmacist opinion on certain situations. I need help with James one of the cashiers. There has wonderful customer service, always answer my questions and provides me with all the available coupons that's associated with my CVS app. Thank you James for providing me with excellent customer servicem

Went through the drive thru, been sitting here at least 6 mins while watching them stand here talking, pressed the ring bell for service when I arrived because I assumed they didn’t see me, yep nothing… they are still standing there laughing and talking ignoring me! Wow

They gave me the wrong medication but had the right label on the bag they didn’t refund me nothing and I had to pay extra for my real medication…. I took my prescription somewhere else where they can read!!!!! ALL of the CVS FELL OFF BAD!!

Just picked up a prescription at this CVS pharmacy- they were awesome on the phone with a question before i came in - then went above and beyond when i got there. They were busy but Devon took time to help me get my prescription cost lower. I left a very happy costumer??
