Today I came to this CVS location in Charlotte, what a terrible experience with a Hispanic cashier named Luisa. The registers were abandoned because she was talking to another colleague at the back of the store after waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes and noticing that no one was approaching her. the checkouts I decided to go look for an employee to help me with my diligence, finding this young Luisa chatting peacefully during her work hours, annoyed by my request, she put me in a thousand troubles to not accept the payment that I had to make today in this store, such an employee. Disgusting, disrespectful and without courtesy, she seems literally illiterate, she doesn't know about customer service, how bad CVS hires employees like this horrible woman!!!!!

Store hours says they open at 8am—doors are still closed and the gate is down at the entrance and it’s currently 8:58. People are waiting outside and they have been doing downhill for quite some time now. They no longer offer drive thru due to “short staff” I just needed to pick up a rx and can’t even do that. I will be moving my meds to another CVS and I suggest no one come here for that. If they’re that short staff throughout the entire store unfortunately they need to shut it down completely.

Always out of stock on medication. Drive thru is always closed due to staff shortages. Pharmacy is never open on time. Poor service. This location need to be closed.

Worst pharmacy ever..but it's close to my home.Rude never answers the phone ..costumer service not good at all...bring the old crew back..please. this is terrible.

I get that the pharmacy might be busy, but I'm pretty sure they should be able to pick up the phone within twenty minutes.

Worst Customer Service Ever! No one knowswhere anything is, lines long and the “manager” acts as if she’s too good to help with the line. First and last time here!

First time coming here and the tide detergent was priced differently than what it rang up for. After checking the sign, the cashier tells me the sign is old and refused to acknowledge the posted price. I had to get the manager Involved. Then both of them check me out with an attitude because they forgot to take the sign down. Poor customer service!!

The Pharmacist is very rude. Talk over you and gets frustrated when you don't understand her. I asked for a manager, she would transfer me. I need help setting up something for my grandmother and once she sent the link, she cut me off and hung up the phone. Me being in the medical field l know you can get frustrated, but this was just rude as hell.

I am very disappointed with the level of service & how I was treated. I had a prescription that I needed relatively quickly (only had a few days left of medication) & this store confirmed they would order the prescription and it would be ready in 1 or 2 days (which was fine). 2 days later, I still don't receive a call or any notification about my prescription being ready. I call & they essentially told me "well it wasn't in today's shipment so we can try again tomorrow." I was very panicked at this point because I only had 1 more day of medication & I told them the urgency. They shrugged it off, acted like it wasn't their problem, & told me to just start calling other CVS locations and other pharmacies. I'm very angry that they didn't offer to call any other CVS on my behalf knowing the urgency nor did they provide any concern. I don't understand how they can order a medication & then just leave it up to "if it shows up it shows up". Terrible management at this pharmacy & I will no longer be filling my prescriptions here even though it is very close to my house.

If I could give this store a zero I would. I was discrimanated against by the Spanish workers. The cashier Brittany was extremely rude to me and did not want to sell me a plan B saying they were doing inventory but they were all on shelf. I told manager John what happened and he did not care and I asked if he could get one and ring it up he stated what do you want me to do your job for you. This is ridiculous and Im applaed with this location and company. Customer service is horrible. Why are they still open. I called corporate and haven't been contacted at all. No apologies resolutions or anything
