The rudest pharmacists I have ever encountered. Will always put the blame on doctors' offices rather than their own laziness. You cannot tell me that eight different doctors' offices all have issues with their system, but the cvs system works completely fine. Never had these issues at any other pharmacy. Always act like you are interrupting their day and you are a burden to them Coming to pick up your prescriptions. They do not inform you when prescriptions are ready. Disorganized, rude unfriendly, Unhelpful, it is the most problematic pharmacy I have ever encountered. Go to the other CV S6 minutes up the road. It's worth the drive. The pharmacists are much friendlier and much more helpful.

Highly recommend the CVS Minute Clinic. So easy to get an. Appointment instantly on the app. It’s always been top notch medical care every time for myself and my kids. It’s so convenient!

Accused us of stealing products and watched us while waiting for us to leave, truly disappointed, most things were out of stock, customer service was lack luster, and the pricing was out of hand. Most products were already open

I live near this CVS and all I have to say is that they have less than mediocre customer service. Absolutely unsatisfactory! Honestly they don't even deserve one star! I went to the pharmacy yesterday with a few of my peers, we were at the makeup section checking out some products. One of my friends had opened one or two of the already opened products to look at them, and didn't try anything and most definitely did not cause any 'cross contamination', but two of the employees; a young man and an older woman came up to us while we were checking out some nail paints. They threatened to throw us out for cross contamination and pretty much just looking at the products as customers! My peers and I did nothing of such! They were extremely unprofessional and rude! This was an unwarranted threat and than the old woman proceeded to wait and watch us! I am truly abhorred by their behavior! This is definitely an issue that needs to be amended immediately!

My experiences at CVS are always excellent. The people are outstanding, friendly, helpful and pleasant...all of them. The store is laid-out perfectly. Products are easy to find and quality is above average. All services are professional.

The CVS Blakeney pharmacy is the worst I've ever encountered. The people are abrupt, rude and with few exceptions give the impression that I'm an interruption of their work. The only reason I use them is that my prior pharmacy would not accept my insurance any longer. If given the choice, I rather go anywhere else.

The pharmacist was very helpful in answering a question and telling me which aisle had what i was looking for and the young man at checkout was very helpful and very friendly this cvs location will be my choice of shopping moving forward thanks to them both !

We’ve been using this store for 8 years now and apart from a few stock issues within the pharmacy (no fault of their own), we have no complaints!! Thomas, the manager, is always so polite, welcoming and goes out of his way to assist customers. That kind of customer service is rare these days. The pharmacy staff are also great! John (pharmacist) is always friendly and very helpful, likewise with his pharmacy colleagues. The store is always, clean, neat and tidy with the shelves well stocked. The online ordering for pickup is always fab, and ready pronto! Bravo all 👏

Pharmacy has always helped me and staff is extremely patient and easy to work with. I have several odd prescriptions and they always have my refills taken care of for me each month, have helped me find discounts and coupons on them.

First to start it’s impossible to get a pharmacist or someone at the pharmacy on the call. The system just throws you an automated loop.
Secondly, I went to the store on Sunday (01/12) and asked the pharmacy about my prescription. They advised me that it would be ready by Monday (01/13) at 3pm. Went on Monday and they advised they would have it ready by an hour. Came back in hour and then told me they didn’t have it in stock.
Asked if another CVS had it in stock nearby. They were rude and told me I would have to call and ask. Went to the one by Ballantyne bowl and they had it ready within 15 mins.
I just want to emphasize how rude they were. On top of that when they pulled up my name they asked me which medication I wanted. It clearly said on the paper only one was active and all other medication was on hold.
My recommendation would be to get rid of everyone in the pharmacy and get an entire new staff who can communicate accurately to their customers/patients. Don’t be rude to people needing medication!
