I was at this location on December 21, 2023 and the lady’s behind the counter and pharmacist helped me get my prescription filled late at night. Really good services thanks again

Went there on December 12 to the minute clinic. If you have at around 330 the Spanish, female which took my information as far as my license in my insurance card was one of the rudest human beings I’ve ever met. I was overly polite, because I always try to show appreciation for someone providing a service. Not sure if it was because of my ethnicity, because a Spanish lady who is the next patient after me her attitude was totally different with.

The employees in the pharmacy, especially one of the pharmacist, I’m not sure of his name, all need training in customer service. Transferring my prescriptions, because I was required by my insurance company, has been a total disaster. And when I try to get things straight, the pharmacist mentioned above is nothing short of rude. After being at the pharmacy at Harris Teeter with great customer service, it’s been disappointing. The pharmacy staff at CVS almost seem bothered that you are there and need assistance.

We always go to 10012 Weiss Way pharmacy. And we are very satisfied. But this time we went here for the cold vaccine. And even though we had time in advance, we stayed there for about thirty minutes. And they, considering that we had told them that my daughter has homework. They did not pay attention.

The pharmacy never answers the phone throughout the day. Just keeps you on the loop.Not very professional considering they are dealing with medications.Surprised they haven’t gotten in trouble with the NC pharmacy board.

You could be on hold for 20+ minutes, drive over, walk in and no one will have paid the phone any attention, tell them what you need, get what you need, leave, go back to your car and still be on hold.

The absolute slowest, unorganized, & rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to.. with the amount of pharmacies on Rea road there’s honestly no reason to ever fill with this location again.

Worst service and they just drop the ball consistently on simple prescriptions. Been there twice and was told that they forgot to put the order in. They never give you a courtesy call when your prescription is ready either. Plus super rude customer service.

Terrible customer service. They will put you on hold for a long time, never really helpful with any concerns and take forever to fill prescriptions. I recommend going to another location.

Went in last week with a friend to help translate. The pharmacist working there was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding as we tried to figure out an equivalent medication.

Worst pharmacy customer service. They’re either short staffed or extremely slow. Been on hold for over 30 minutes initially and they purposely hung up. Called back just to be out in a queue for over an hour wait. Not sure what is going on with this location but the worst service. Do not recommend you come to this CVS for any of your prescription needs. Best to go else where for better service and medications in stock.
