I had a great experience as check out. The staff was very helpful and informative about the Aetna OTC shopping in store insurance program. It was my first time using it and the manager was very helpful.

I’m giving 1 star. I just moved into the new development a year and a half ago and started my now one prescription there. All has been fine but all visits have just been to pick up. No big deal and the medication is a common basic prescription. Recently I asked to start on something quite common and not normally covered on insurance. I don’t have to start on it but the medication would help me accomplish a lifestyle change. Well I know the fact that this prescription isn’t normally covered so after it was called into that CVS I decided to give them a call about an hour later. After a good 20 minutes on hold on the phone I get none other then Victoria, after seeing these reviews now I understand. She was miserable, my only question was will the medication be covered on my insurance, well I suppose instead of checking she just decides to tell me a basic “yes covered at no cost on insurance” and I thought to myself “well damn I got the best insurance in the world”. Cut to three days later a day after she said it should be ready (they had to order it) I drop by to see if it was delayed no big deal as I know it’s low in stock all over. I get to the counter and ask and the first thing I’m asked was do you know the cost, so I reply yeah I was told no cost it was covered on my insurance. She reply’s no it’s 1k. Thank you Victoria for half a**ing your job because you couldn’t be bothered to click a button and just straight up tell me it wasn’t covered or only partially covered. Pharmacy tech of the year yet again goes to Victoria.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If my insurance allowed me to fill my prescriptions somewhere else, I would never come back to CVS. The pharamacy tech deletes prescription renewals after there are "too many pages of the same drug."i was left waiting on a refill that had been deleted. For 6 weeks. She wasn't "use to ordering that concentration." Glad it wasn't heart or blood pressure medicine. Do your health a favor and go somewhere else, even a different CVS. It is worth the drive.

Store hours need to be updated. Came here to get medicine for my daughter around 8:45 and they were closing. It says closed at 10pm on the website.

This is absolutely the worse CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been. The reps are rude, they don’t answer the phone, and your health is not considered with a sense of urgency. The application for CVS is never accurate, including sending text messages that medication is available but when you get to the pharmacy it’s not. If I could rate less I would. I hate my insurance has a partnership with CVS because the experience so far is nerve wrecking.

Lady in the drive-through had a nasty attitude. She looked at me three times and left me sitting in the drive-through so I waved my hands and said hello are you not tending to anybody in the drive-through and she got an attitude with me and then had the nerve to stick her thumb up to me And try to hurry me up and rush me off to be done with my order or whatever I needed when I had two prescriptions to pick up then when I try to call the manager and talk to the manager about it, they were laughing and giggling with each other about the situation very nasty workers at this place. I will be switching pharmacies.

Terrible ! I called yesterday because I need to pick up my medication and normally with the medication I pick up I’m allowed to pick it up to two days earlier and the lady said Victoria was her name said that I couldn’t pick up my medication because it was a substance control medication which I understand but with my insurance I’m able to pick it up up to one day or two days earlier andThey are telling me no I cannot do that and I’ve never had a problem with any other pharmacy ever before or even with this pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s a new staff or what’s going on but it’s terrible service and I am just going to switch to another pharmacy avoid this pharmacy. They do not realize the importance for the medication that I’m taking and it’s extremely important that I don’t miss a dose and this is not a good pharmacy because of that.

Came to here to get my medication. I went inside and greeted the pharmacy tech (Victoria). She did not respond which is fine she doesn’t owe me any response. She asked for my name and DOB and then asked if I’ve ever been here before to which I said yes. I’ve lived in the neighborhood behind this CVS for a year so I know where I’m at. She puts in my info and proceeds to huff and roll her eyes and in the most nasty and accusatory tone accuses me of never being here before. I asked if she spelled my name right. Anyone with common sense would’ve followed up with the question of if they spelled your name right. She says it showed up after the fact. I get checked out, the whole time she’s giving attitude. Being in the medical field myself I know how it’s like having a bad day because customers are constantly berating you but that wasn’t me at all. I was friendly and cordial the whole time and didn’t deserve her harsh treatment. Not that they care but I won’t be returning here. There’s been a pharmacy tech with pink hair who has always been lovely everytime I’ve came here. Ya’ll should probably learn from him.

I spoke with someone in the pharmacy named Olivia today. She was very rude and nasty. All I asked her to do was to refill all my prescriptions that were available. She mention how I wasn’t able to pick them up the last time, but I reassured her that I have transportation to pick them up today. My daughter and I have been very sick and today is one of my roughest days and she wanted to argue back-and-forth asking me was I at home so that I can read off every medicine bottle to her instead of her just refilling the medication. I have never in my life had a bad pharmacy phone call or visit until today. CVS is usually very good with customer service and that’s why I chose to have all my medicines sent through Them. I explain to her that I was having a rough day, but she wanted to tell me yes, is very rough for her as well. She should not be working around patients medication, especially knowing that people in this world are going through so many different things no one need a argument with a pharmacy member, she also attempted to chastise me about my phone not working and how she sent messages telling me to pick up my medication. I am going to contact the general manager or whoever is in charge to make sure others don’t have this experience . I attempted to speak with another person and someone named Victoria answered the phone and it was no better. She stated that “we don’t play that game here”! She also told me that they are not like standard CVS is. I told them that I have been coming to them a while and she said no you have only been with us since August. I’m telling you guys the worst service I’ve ever experienced in life general manager please contact me I’m looking for your information as we speak.

Pharmacy is ran horribly. Have been trying to call before 8 to ask simple question. When I finally got through it was close to 8, they answered phone and immediately hung up. Healthcare at its finest (sarcasm)

It is sad to see a company I have trusted since I was a child decline so far. There are no signs posted that the pharmacy takes lunch from 12-2; I walk up to the gated counter and a lady walks bye and says "yes?" I said I am here for a pick up to which she reply's "well do you see the gate? You can't until 2". I asked why and she said we go to lunch from 12-2 every day looking at me like I am supposed to know that (first time picking up in the middle of the day in a long time). I advised this was my first time at that location and and thanked her for the information. As I walked away, another of the ladies behind the counter shouts "well it's the same at every CVS". I understand having a bad day or customers that put you in a bad mood but why ruin someone else's day with your snide remarks and rude responses? Clean it up CVS, this is sad.

The pharmacy team here is absolutely gold. They are short staffed and struggling to get everything a fully staffed department would be able to but they still strive to help each and every single client they have. I've seen a lot of reviews about how there was no one available to help or that it took forever to answer the phone and to approach them for assistance, as I said, they're understaffed but they truly care and are doing everything in their power to be able to provide the absolute best care they can. Everyone from Brad to Victoria to Nathan are always trying their best to give you the best they can. This is a great pharmacy with a phenomenal staff. You won't be disappointed when you use them.
