Alarmingly awful service. Called in a script at 8am Friday, received a phone call that it would be ready for pickup at 6pm that night. I had to wait until the morning to grab it, drove 25 minutes to get there only to find out it opened at 9, not 8 like the website stated. I showed the manger who replied “yea we should get that fixed, no wonder so many people show up at 8”. Waited until 9 only to be told we don’t have it in stock. I asked why couldn’t anyone notify me they said they didn’t have time. When I asked if they could notify my doctor they stated they already did. So they had time to notify my doctor, but not leave me an automated message so I didn’t waste 2 hours of my morning? Not to mention the store was in complete disarray, literally stuff open everywhere on the floor.

Worst service in pharmacy department. No knowledge about medicines and When I asked questions about other medications on prescription. They are really lazy to pull prescription twice.

I love CVS! I rely on this franchise for ALL my drugstore needs! The discount/coupon program is "par excellence!!!"What I observed yesterday will remain etched in my memory!I was in the pharmacy and the young lady was effectively navigating between two registers to ensure patrons wouldn't have a long wait in line! WOW!

I understand CVS would like to move away from distributing pain medication, however with the amount of surgeries and chronic pain patients, pain medication is very much needed. Hard to understand until you become the patient in need for pain relief. I undergone spinal surgery and when you’re in recovery it’s crucial to maintain pain levels. This means taken medication as prescribed. I will say my first seven day script was handled perfectly but the second seven day script was a nightmare. It took CVS over 24 hours to acknowledge that they even received it from doctors office. Many hours later when I expected to go pick meds up, I received a text saying you need to contact the doctor for a different type of medication. Mind you that text came Friday after 5 o’clock and having script in-house for hours. Well now there’s no doctor to be reached until Monday. Once Monday came around, we were told “oh you don’t need a different medication, rather we just need to order it”. “We can order and have it ready by tomorrow early afternoon”. Well, next day comes around and I receive no text so I called and nothing had been ordered. The next employee apologizes for the previous coworker, and says I will have it ready before 2 PM the following day. I had to go 4 1/2 days in a lot of unnecessary pain (week after spinal surgery) because of what felt like the runaround. If only CVS would’ve said immediately, we don’t have medication in stock, please have your doctor send it to another location. This all could’ve been easily avoided. So I end this by saying job well done if agenda is to discourage patients from using CVS when it comes to pain medication.

How this pharmacy stays open is a mystery… Pharmacist that flat out lie to your face about CVS policy. Have a nephew who is a store manager of a CVS and a niece that is a pharmacy tech at another. Both have said this particular pharmacy location and a certain pharmacist receive many complaints. Needed a OTC insulin no other pharmacy in the area had in stock. Pharmacist tried telling me I needed a script…. for an OTC insulin! Then when proved wrong he refuses to sell syringes to use with said insulin. Pharmacist actually tried to say it’s the law, when proved him wrong on that he tried changing it to it is a CVS policy, when proved wrong on that also he just says no and walks away. Absolutely a disgrace and CVS should be embarrassed to have such people working for them. Yeah I’m going to spend almost $200 on insulin just to get a cheap bag of syringes I can go to any pharmacy to buy lol. Don’t waste your time with this location unless you want to be treated like garbage and lied to!

The store manager, Donna, has absolutely no business being in the position that she is in. Management is not her forte and neither is customer service. When there is an issue with a customer, you don’t leave your cashier to handle the problem while he’s trying to take care of other customers himself. You also don’t leave your customer before the issue has been fully resolved, nor argue with your customer about what something says when it very clearly says otherwise, or deny an item being an item ordered because hues show up differently on her handheld than in real life. I was told my items were not in stock. They were. I grabbed them myself. One item was not but it was a very, very simple fix that wouldn’t have impacted their already badly miscalculated inventory numbers. The luxury of online ordering today is being able to safely purchase and obtain items that are necessary, and to prevent spreading germs as much as possible when sick. We learned that during the Pandemic. I shouldn’t have had to go into that store and deal with an imbecile named Donna while sick. I ended up leaving the items I already purchased and repurchased them at another location. With ease.Avoid this location. Management is lazy and incompetent. I fully understand the amount of negative reviews and fully believe and support them!

I was lied to by the pharmacist here. I made an appointment on a Friday for the covid-19 booster. I show up and they tell me it's there but they can't give it out because there's a problem with the computer system. The pharmacist tells me to come back on Monday and that I don't need an appointment. I show up on Monday and the same pharmacist tells me that I need an appointment and there are now out.

Nearly every time I pick up my medication, it’s not ready. I’ve missed dosages of my meds on multiple occasions because the pharmacy did not have my medication ready on time.

They should pay people to shop at this location with how bad it is. The staff is always disgruntled, especially pharmacy staff. I ended up switching pharmacy’s all together after my last prescription pickup because they’re slow and always angry about everything. Not sure how they think they can treat people like garbage and mock customers BUT never have the prescriptions ready on time. Save your time and headache and go somewhere else.
