My health care spending card is compromised and the only place I been was to this CVS by drive thru. There are so many Amazon marketplace transactions starting a week after I visited this cvs. I file fraud claims on the transactions. But watch your accounts

This is my neighborhood CVS. I/WE have been shopping here for years. We love the staff, the products and the personable attention we receive whenever we are in the store. They treat us like family and we feel that they are our CVS family. Y'all can still lower the prices on a lot of products to get more customer traffic.

I walked in the store grab a drink from the cooler and then walked to the self check out. All with 3 minutes or less and I was still followed around the store.

The cashier who handled my transaction was extremely helpful in finding the product and checking me out. He was patient, kind and respectful.

The worst service I have ever received in a pharmacy. The person who took my prescription started talking to a coworker about personal situations, and her PTO time while I was waited for my prescription to enter the system, that took about 20 minutes; after that, she didn't even ask for my insurance card, she simply gave me the price of the medicine, when I told her I had insurance, he started talking to me more rudely, every question I made her answers was rudely; in the end, the cost of the medicine was much higher than what I had already been told at another pharmacy.
Since I saw the lack of interest in helping, I decided to cancel a request, I had to go to another pharmacy and I got my medicine for half the price she gave me.

There are consistently long lines here with a poor phone system as well. I believe the pharmacy you should be under investigation for customer fraud as they consistently provide incorrect prescriptions and ignore manufacturer coupons that are on file. Trying to get customers to pay far more than they need to. If you're going to use this pharmacy, be vigilant as they often ignore ninety t prescriptions.I'm trying to get you to purchase 30 day for the same money. My wife and I both have stopped using this pharmacy. As we feel, it is not only fraudulent, but the customer service is highly lacking.In many instances. We are done.

I just want to extend my kudos to the store. I had a very pleasant experience when I went into the store. I was looking for a gift along with a Mother’s Day card ironically the one that I picked up had a slight tear in it, but it was the best card for my mother so I reached out to a manager that was on the floor and she was happy to provide me with a 25% discount that I attempted to head towards the register and I saw some beautiful plants behind the register the cashier that assist me and paying for my card help me to pick out one of the beautiful plants that will behind the register. She also short that the plant was covered up entirely to ensure that it could not be viewed as my mother was actually sitting in the car. We then sparked up a small conversation, which was very pleasant and uplifting so kudos to the cash register. I was greeted with the smile and the same way I came in , the same way I left , with SMILE !!!

It’s impossible to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. I feel bad for the pharmacy staff because I get the feeling they are short staffed. It’s very dirty in the pharmacy. CVS needs to hire more employees and take better care of their customers. The store manager was pleasant and the young lady who helped me at the pharmacy counter was nice. They just seem to be drowning in work with not enough help.

And I’m done!! I’ve been a loyal CVS customer since I worked there as a teenager. No more! Called today, 3 times, and couldn’t get a human on the phone. So I went there and had to go thru the drive thru because I had a sick kid in the car. Just needed to know how long it was going to be to get the script the pediatrician called in and the gentleman at the window was rude. So rude. I asked if they received it and his response was “it’s not ready so no.” I asked how long it might take if it’s in the system could he check because I had a sick kid in the car. He repeated himself and said “it’s not ready” in a very rude tone. I just drove off. Switched to a local pharmacy that cares. See ya!!
