I went to pick up something from the pharmacy on the night July 3rd, there was a lady with blonde hair that was so rude and nasty to me, I was shocked by her behavior… There needs to be an improvement on customer service, nobody should be treated like that.

There was a CVS near back creek where winn dixie use to be at. It was small. Now they relocated now the street much bigger and better CVS location. A whole bunch customers shop here for their weekly extracare deals. This is the only location that sold voltaren gel for $13.79 used my 20% coupon for $11.03 (so its free for me used the OTC card) but at Walmart its $10.98, They need to have more than one self checkout. The water fountain is horrible!

Having to leave a voice message instead of being able to talk to an actual Pharmacist is unacceptable. Waiting for a callback every time a call is placed to the Pharmacy in this day and time is idiotic.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Drive thru window is broken, yet there is no sign or any indication. Just them telling you to come in extremely rude over the intercom. One behind the counter even said “I can’t believe they’re coming in, normally they just drive off!” With an attitude and proceeded to glare at everyone waiting in line. I will not be back and will be transferring all of our prescriptions elsewhere. DO BETTER.

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with, do not use this place. They do not answer the phones, I have called over 10 times throughout the day to see if my prescription was received, waited 10 minutes each time until voicemail. Literally could not get my Medicine because they do not pick up. The people who work there are always disrespectful and do not helpfully answer questions whatsoever.

I visited another location for the Novavax, unfortunately theirs had just expired. They nicely check who has some and tells me this location has many.
I call to make sure, but they never answer the phone (I drove all the way to their location with the phone just on hold)
I wait in line forever. I’m ignored.
I’m rudely told I need an appointment…. I show them THIS screen on THEIR website saying I DO NOT need an appointment.
Their website won’t even allow you to book an appointment for this novavax covid vaccine.
I get shrugged at, and they walk away.
Worst customer service.
I will never return to this location again.

OMG!! Why I didn't check reviews first before going to this pharmacy!! I mean I wasn't even prescribing anything. Was just needing help with finding an item over-the-counter because I looked through all the isles and couldn't find it. Standing at the window waiting for someone to come to help me and everyone acted like they don't see me. They basically ignored me the whole time. And they're just standing around chatting. They literally try to not make eye contact. Such lazy workers!!! Why are they even hired and getting paid to stand around and do nothing! CVS, please fire your manager and staffs there. Customer service sucks there. You need a whole new team, please! Don't you see all these bad reviews and still do nothing about it. What a shame!! I'm glad I don't fill me prescriptions there. This place deserves zero stars!!!

Wow, just terrible. No customer service, they don’t answer their phones, otherwise I would have gotten the information I was after without driving myself down there and wasting my time with rude individuals.
Never coming back to this location.
