There were some nice people who were working there but the head man on duty was racially profiling me and following me around every aile I went down. Then when I checked out the printer was jammed up and didn't print out my receipt and when the nice young lady went to get me a receipt the head man was like why are getting her a receipt not knowing both the printer's were jammed and you couldn't get a paper receipt. Racial profiling has to stop.

Trying to contact the pharmacy regarding prescriptions is headache inducing. It is impossible to get to a person. I promise NO ONE wants to speak to an automated machine when trying to get information regarding the medicines keeping them alive.

This is the slowest pharmacy drive-thru I have ever experienced. Line wrapped around. The drop off lane doesn’t work. There is no sign or cone blocking that lane to let customers know that it isn’t working. The pharmacy employees aren’t great with customer service.

Ginger haired guy that works at the pharmacy on 10/27/25 at 1:28pm saw that I was on line at 1:28pm to pick up prescription and he finished with the customer in front of me at 1:30pm. He proceeded to tell me they are closed, turned his back to me and closed the gate on me. Not only was it extremely rude but also embarrassing. He could have been more professional about it but decided to be nasty.I spoke to the manager who confirmed that he has gotten many complaints already.I will never patronize here again.

Extremely Disappointing Experience!!!!!!!!
I visited the minute clinic recently because their website clearly stated that walk-ins are welcome. After waiting for over an hour, I was finally called in to see the doctor. However, as I began to explain the reason for my visit, the doctor abruptly cut me off and said we’d need to reschedule.
When I asked why I wasn’t being seen after such a long wait, she simply said, “I’m done for the day,” and handed me a rescheduling slip without any explanation or apology.
This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. If walk-ins aren't truly welcome or there’s a cut-off time, that should be clearly communicated. I left without any care and a lot of frustration!!!!!!
I won't be returning.

I needed a medication for my son who has a double ear infection and pneumonia. Our normal pharmacy was out. I called around to three different pharmacies and this location had it. They spent the time with me looking for the medication, advising how much they had and next steps. They reached out to original pharmacy to get the RX info and filed it timely it was about $40 cheaper as well with insurance. We appreciate their assistance with getting this medication during a stressful time.

I had a disappointing experience at this MinuteClinic with practitioner Hailey Miller. I’ve been going to this minute clinic, anytime I wasn’t feeling well and always felt respected and cared for. However, today the physician assistant rushed through my vitals, was rough when checking my ears, and her tone felt unprofessional and dismissive. I did not feel respected or cared for during my visit. Please treat all clients with respect and compassion, I had to call off work because I wasn’t feeling well. That is already enough stress. Respect, compassion, and active listening go a long way in providing proper care. I hope this feedback helps improve future patient experiences.

I used them when there was an issue w my pain doc. The new one could not prescribe as I lived in SC where she was not registered.
When it was time to pick up med they did not have it in stock. Offered to give me 10 but I must forfeit the remainder. Asked if they could not give me remainder when they had it back in stock. No. They do not do that. Same thing happened 2nd mo. The most uncaring pharmacist & staff I have encountered. After A Lot of work on my part I was able to get it at CVS Steele Ck. They were professional, kind & caring.
I have a new respect for my SC pharmacist. She would never do that to me.
