Pharmacy has gone downhill since Zack left. I’ve had nothing but issues with trying to get my scripts then trying to charge my mom who’s on Medicare too much Zack always made sure that everything was handled correctly I will be changing Pharmacys been coming here since they opened this location very disappointing the new staff is not friendly and warm and welcoming they almost make you feel like you’re inconvenience in their day to pick up a prescription

I was standing in line and I noticed that the customer service representative named Leslie was being very humble as the customer in front of her was being difficult I appreciated her resilience her smile I believe she deserves a dollar raise because she took that harassment on the chin and still gave excellent service if you can please give this lady a dollar raise More people like that are needed and customer service positions because some people have no respect for themselves outside of what's important to them but those of us who are responsible none that we still must perform our duties regardless she has incredible customer service professionalism

Excellent customer care and service with a smile from Bryan M! Bryan is always helpful with any questions or concerns. Definitely makes shopping trips a pleasant stop instead of a tedious task 😊

I have no issues with the pharmacy or the interior of the store. However, the sidewalk in front of the store is always littlered with trash and leaves, etc. Last week (a few days before Christmas) I was there and mixed in the the usual trash was a pair of pants! A pair of pants 15 feet from the front door! That's bad enough, but I was there again today (2 days after Christmas) and the pants are still there!!!!! Really?!?!?!?

This is directed at the corporation & not the location per se. CVS is probably the worst plharmacy known to man (or woman). You can no longer speak to the pharmacy unless you leave w voicemail and then someone calls you back. They constantly have “computer problems” that won’t allow prescription refills because the prescriptions “get stuck”. So then you have to call, but can’t speak to anyone (see above). If my insurance provider didn’t make CVS mandatory, I would avoid it like the plague.

Both of the primary pharmacists, Zach and Julia, are great. Nice, compassionate and hard working people. They each deserve 5+ stars. But, CVS is atrocious at inventory management. I have used this store for 20 years, but over the last few years essential medications are constantly out of stock or "backordered." My doctor advised I call a day ahead of refill dates and lately, that hasn't worked. I am told no problem, then the day of the refill there is no medication. As much as I like the pharmacists, I am looking for another local pharmacy that is more reliable.

This past Thursday – 1 August 2024; - My Wife and I visited this CVS Location; - We were very impressed with the setup and cleanliness of the store. Honest, to G-d – we are new to Charlotte and have not had such great experiences with CVS in the Charlotte area. I am a CVS Extra Care Card Member and have used CVS – “Religiously” in New York and Florida. We happen to recently stumble upon this CVS and I asked my Doctor to send a recent Prescription to this CVS Pharmacy. This was subsequently our first time visiting this location. Special shout out to Pharmacist “Zach” – Thank you for going the extra mile for me this past Thursday. You were kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you for personally taking the extra time to assist me in navigating the process of obtaining my medication and ensure that I was able to afford my medication. I greatly appreciate you helping me to maneuver through those few steps. I am incredibly grateful “Zach” for your help this past week! This CVS location will be my new Pharmacy, going forward. I look forward to conducting my “Prescription” matters with this CVS location. I am very impressed with the quality of the folks at this location and the overall appearance and level of customer service that was rendered to me! Thank You!
