I have Covid - I called ahead and asked them to pull one item (otc meds). To the drive through and I could come at their convenience to grab- with mask in drive thru- I was told to come in the store even with Covid-these people don’t care about anyone’s saftey ? clearly

High theft in this location !!!!Get new managers who actually work!!!Get security to ensure your theft doesn’t happen again and do something about itMeanwhile your consumer has to deal with the low level of corruption in the storeWhere is the safety????Never will ever forget the experience and what I witnessed at this location more than one time!!!

I could not believe my eyes walking into a pharmacy and seeing their restroom this way. It’s bad enough to walk into CVS and not seeing a staff member in sight to ask for help with anything in the store but this is just disgusting.

Awful pharmacy. Never have prescriptions on time and if they are out of a drug they don’t contact you to tell you, you just gotta find out when you arrive.

by far the worst cvs location. Employees are never at checkout have to call to pharmacy distract employees to get someone in the front store. What kind of business is this if you aren't going to be up front taking care of customers

These pharmacist are amazing. I have several prescriptions that are a pain to deal with because if insurance each month. These pharmacist took the time to listen to my needs and fill my prescriptions. Julia and Zack are fantastic they even added a discount card and got me a refund on one of them. Thanks Julia!

After purchasing items on a late Friday evening via the kiosk, the system jammed and didn’t print a receipt. Alerted the manager who changed the paper but didn’t generate a receipt. I asked her could she please reprint me a receipt and she stated No I can return your items with an ID. THIS BAFFLED ME, I responded with I don’t wish to return the items, but just need a receipt. The Managers response was “I don’t have time for this, I don’t feel well and if you don’t leave this store I’m calling the police” after threatening to call the police several more times, I decided to leave and address the issue the following day….i never received my receipt, nor did the GM return my call. Pharmacy has done nothing but screw up my prescriptions every month. I am beyond upset with the lack of empathy or any chance of them taking any kind of responsibility for their screw ups. Most recently only filled one of my three medications, so now I have to go pick up my medications on different days!! Not one apology!!!

Photos were supposed to be ready by 6pm. I went to pick them up only to be told that time is not accurate and there were still many orders ahead of mine. There was no one in the store and no reason why all of those orders couldn't be printed off already. Staff was rude and unapologetic.

Worst experience with this particular pharmacy. I brought my son through for a covid test and totally disappointed with the instructions I was given to administer the test on my son. She pretty much mumbled instructions at me on how to give him the test. Of course since I had no clue what I was doing it came back inconclusive so it was a big waste of my time. I even asked her to repeat herself a few times while giving it to him, but she just didn't appear to care whatsoever. She said I'd get results btwn 2-3 days. No one for cvs or the minute clinic called me to let me know it was inconclusively. It was only after I called the minute clinic number and finally got a hold of someone I was told the information. I then had to bring my son somewhere else for a test. Just very disappointing all around.

It was a nice visit, as in clean store and able to find all I went in for. They are using self checkout for cc transactions and I had no issues with that. I use the CVS app for coupons and there was one for 3 packs of Hersey candy. As I got to the car, I realized then (I spent $42 so didn't analyze my receipt & hold up line) that the candy coupon was not deducted, therefore I walked back in to inquire. I was told even though the packaging said snack size and coupon said snack size and I bought 3, as coupon asked, I had the wrong item. She said I needed bigger bags. I then decide to return the candy as I was only purchasing because of the coupon . Basically I was then returned $.22, which I had to pay separately after using venmo (not sure why). So instead of the $3 returning to venmo, Bryan the manager told me it would be added back to coupons. Why add to CVS coupons and I may bot get back in store to use them.. Yes I used coupons on other items, but not on any candy. Coupons used were for specific items like health and beauty items. Long story short Bryan decided to refund me in cash. I'm happy Bryan made the right decison as it only makes sense.This review is to say, I was happy with this store and will likely visit again, but I'd be wary about using venmo or cvs app coupons. They may not be all bad, but be prepared to pay close attention to your discounts taken off at end of the transaction or avoid self checkout and watch an actual person do the transaction.
