IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! WHATS THE POINT OF SEVERAL DAVITA CENTERS IF THEY DONT ACCEPT DAVITA CLIENTS EVEN IF ITS A MATTER OF LIFE OR DEATH! SAYING THERE WAS NOTHING YOU CAN DO AND TRIED TO MAKE ZERO ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THE PATIENT. THE BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED AND ANYONE ELSE WHO NEED TO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS PISS POOR MANAGED FACILITY.

If I can give this so called facility a negative score I would. From the staff that look like they would rather be ANYWHERE else than helping to save the lives of their patients, to the lack of communication from the facility to their patients. And that manager Sausan Yatime needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Disrespectful, harassing a patients after making it ABUNDANTLY clear he did not need her help. Than THREATENING said patient to stop the treatment not even half way through his session and has the AUDACITY to say that instead of improving on the functionality of the clinic we can just go elsewhere. We are in the process of filing a medical negligence suit against this facility and the Manager. Please, if you care for you loved one, TAKE THEM ELSE WHERE.
