This is the worst dialysis facility that you can send a family member to the staff is never on time new staff every week the turnover rate is very high. The facility itself is disgusting roaches crawling on the floor and medical equipment. Staff is rude and unruly. Most of the employees are under the influence while on the floor. Staff will talk to your loved ones any kind of way, very unprofessional. They will lie just to get your loved one kicked out of the facility. The nurse Jo said my stepdad communicated a threat and got him kicked out. They don’t clean up at all. Dried blood and needles on the floors. I’ve heard horror stories of people getting infections from this facility. Staff will threaten and mistreat your loved ones. Overall this place is disgusting and needs to be SHUT DOWN.

This is one of the worst facilities I've ever been treated at. It is bug infested half of the tech have not been trained properly. There are numerous HIPAA laws being broke on a daily. After making numerous complaints I have been singled outI have been denied treatment. And said that a threat was made when I said let's go review the camera I was told give them a week or two and will reach back out to you

This place is horrible!!! 0 stars if I could. The staff is rude and unwilling the facility is disgusting!! They have needles laying out on the floor. You can clearly tell cleanliness is not a priority, they reuse needles (gave my stepdad hep c) the staff got him kicked out by lying (nurse was being rude as always and he finally snapped back but they said he threatened their lives which is a lie) this place needs to be shut down immediately!!

My boyfriend just got a call on a day he doesn't even get treatment telling him he is not allowed back. They say he communicated a threat saying he was going to get his gun and come back and shoot them. Now with that being said his gun is in his lap everyday he goes in the bag he carries so why would he have to go get a gun????????

The staff is super friendly. They take there time to make sure patients are informed, well taken care of and they are excellent with timeliness.

My daughter goes to the one on Morehead and her port has been infected twice she always has seizures after a treatment. These people will not transfer my daughter for better care. I will be reporting them on the complianceline

This center is nasty and disgusting they have a BED BUG outbreak and not doing anything about it. Avoid this center with your life!!!!

Very unprofessional center, does NOT follow the proper health procedures. Spoke with the manger she could careless. Dr. JOEL BRUCE abuses his power over sick poor people and could careless as well. Very bad center needs new management.
