Only leaving a review because this is my second consecutive unsatisfactory experience. My tracking said out for delivery but never made it to my home and then on the very next day the driver marked my package as “no one was home” when I had been home the entire day because I knew I had to sign for my delivery. Customers are better off just going to DHL to pick up their package.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience ever. My stuff was suppose to be at my house days ago but the drivers car messed up. So I had the delivery changed to where I could just pick it up. But the next day they never dropped my stuff off at the express location. Instead customer service told me it is at the other express center. So I drive 35 minutes to the other location just for them to tell me the package is still with delivery driver and that they will hold it so I can just come grab it in the morning . So come morning and why tf is my package out for delivery instead of on hold like they said. Now idk where or even when I will receive my things. I’m so upset. I hope no one uses them. They are unorganized and customer service is literally useless. Ghetto company.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the carrier service I recently experienced. I invested a significant amount of money in a special gift for my sister. As she works from home, she was expecting the delivery and we were diligently tracking the package. However, it suddenly showed as 'delivered', yet there was no sign of the package.We took the initiative to investigate, knocking on the doors of neighbors who have Ring doorbells, but to no avail. Upon contacting customer service, we were informed that the package had been delivered to the wrong address. They assured us that the driver would attempt to recover the package, but we have not heard anything since.This experience has been incredibly disrespectful and disheartening. We feel like mere numbers, rather than valued customers. In this day and age, it is standard practice for delivery personnel to take a picture of the delivered package as proof. However, in our case, there was no picture or any other form of evidence provided. This level of unprofessionalism is extremely disappointing.If such practices continue, I firmly believe that the carrier service should be shut down. It is not just about the loss of a package; it is about the violation of trust and the emotional distress caused to customers. Furthermore, taking someone's mail is a federal offense and should be treated as such by all carrier services.I am sharing my experience to inform others about the poor service and lack of professionalism demonstrated by this carrier service. I hope that my experience serves as a warning to others and prompts the necessary changes in the carrier's operations.

Have had a package at this location for 5 days “on hold” for no reason. I made an account, did the signature release, and left instructions for the driver to make it easy. Horrible logistics company, just use Fedex, UPS, or Usps if you have the option bc you will not get your package through this company. I have to file a dispute with my bank bc y'all can’t deliver a package 20 minutes away.

This is The worst courier service!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS LOCATION!!! They marked my package delivered and it was to a totally different address!!! I was expecting an item a VERY sentimental item for my wedding from my sister!! which is now ruined!!! I opened a case and was just told the driver will TRY to recover the package!!! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!!! If I could give a NEGATIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE IT!!!Customer Service is trash!!!! No resolution!!! My worst nightmare!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. My package was on hold at the Charlotte facility for 5 days. I kept calling and everyday they promised it was out for delivery everyday. Finally a Rep tells me that I can just change my delivery to a pickup, but failed to tell me it takes 24 hours to process. I changed the delivery to pick up on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. Now I have gifts sitting at their facility that I can't pick up until after Christmas. I am beyong upset, if possible I will never use them again!

I am a patient person but this has been one of the worst shipping experiences of my life. For two days my package has been out for delivery. Neither day has the DHL truck even come close to my house. I have it so my package can be left at the front door with no signature needed and there are always a minimum of 5 people at the house. I am so frustrated because I was supposed to receive my product much earlier in November and this is time sensitive. I have reached out to DHL multiple times and was guaranteed delivery. This is day 3 and they don't even have my package out for delivery now. I can't even pick it up because my fiance's name is on the package even though my ID has the mailing address on it and they won't accept a photo of his ID. The customer service is not great either. They just want to get you off the line without properly addressing your problem or helping you get delivery. This is so ridiculous. I will be reaching out to the shipper to let them know this in hopes they never ship with DHL again.

This location is not good. My package should have been delivered two days ago; yesterday the driver stated he couldn't deliver it and today the same. Even when FedEx (the world's slowest company), USPS, and UPS has no issues delivering to the apartment complex. I called a different location and she was an amazing help to try to get them to be able to deliver it again, correctly. It's a time sensitive package and when stated to that on the phone with customer service, they said they cannot offer a refund due to their issues. This company is trash. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.I hopefully will get the package either today or tomorrow since the driver probably doesn't actually do any work!UPDATE: I called the location: the guy kept trying to get me to just pick it up elsewhere because I told him, I was going to not be happy with the driver and supervisor and let them know that. He stated he couldn't contact the driver and did not know if the driver was from that location or not, I stated that customer service told me it was that location. He then tried to get me to release the company from any liability in case of damages, YEAH FREAKING RIGHT. the driver then called and said that he "made a mistake due to so many packages". Don't work if you don't want to actually work. Excuses are not needed.

Customer service has gone down via 1800 number i had a package come that requested a signature and the driver ignored me over the ring camera to leave it i contacted customer service was told there is no way i could get my package today nor can i go to the branch to pick it up or contact anyone to get my package. In the pass I’ve had drivers come to my business to drop off packages and even came back to my home later that day. The package was time sensitive. Now my event will be delayed until i get my package thanks DHL ‼️

I’m writing this review to appreciate a remarkable service I received from Najeir Brown at this service center. I went to this location very upset because I had visited this same location to pickup my package in the morning and I was lied to. This package had been showing on the tracking as been held at this location for over 24hrs. I met a lady who told me to go home and that my package was already on the delivery truck and WILL be delivered to me today. I waited at home and even cancelled my dental appointment so I could receive my package, which never came. I called the customer service number and was told the package was still in the warehouse and was never out for delivery, meaning, the the lady in the morning lied to me. Najeir after hearing my complain and seeing my frustration, asked me for the details and promised to help. It was 7:25pm and he found both packages. He did this with smiles, regardless of the fact that it was past the closing time. He went above and beyond. We need more of Najeir at this location.

Came to this facility looking for a package. The person who helped me explained and did more than a great job on finding the solution for my misunderstanding. Thank You to “ Ane” who was the woman that helped me. She was great! ??F.Y.I ~ if customer service makes any changes for your deliveries, it takes at least 24 hours for it to update at DHL facility. ✌?

very annoying. I paid 200$ for my shipment from India to charlotte and my package got hold and didn't get delivered for 5 days. everyday package status says out for delivery and don't get delivered. very frustrating . not sure where I can file ticket on this.

IF I could select negative numbers I would.firstly I would NEVER personally use DHL.. The supplier that I ordered my merchandise from used them.I received messages for 2 days that my package would be delivered " today".. Both days I waited at home to sign receipt and NO delivery.. now delivery is expected 4 days later.. Mind you my package arrived at DHL center in my city on Wednesday night.What delivery company needs 5 days to bring a package to your home ( in the same city)??it's laughable..horrible Horrible company & DHL , in my opinion, is the bottom of the barrel among delivery companies!Total garbage !!!!!!!!!so much for my expedited delivery !I hope no one uses them and forces them to respect our hard earned dollars that are used to pay for services! My suggestion to you if you're considering DHL... Choose another company !!

Such a bad service, It took 3 days to ship my package from india to charlotte and it took 4 days for these people to deliver from Charlotte to my home. I didnt understand whats wrong happening with DHL they held my package for two days for no reason. And I had to wait at home for two days without going to work inorder to receive the package
