Not only was I in line for 20 minutes. Try to get cash back. The lady want to yell at me and question me why I did not ask her for the $20 in cash back first before I ask the computer for $20 then it yelled at me talk about I just opened with a fresh drawer. How was I supposed to do? Rude lazy employees the store is always a mess manager shopping while the line is long crazy ghetto.

Had a return with receipt and within 30 days July 24th.I was told If there wasn't anything wrong with it Icould only get it back on a gift card.I said it was fine.Then she said the receipt was old and she couldn't find date.You could clearly see that it was bought on July 25.She said she really couldn't see the barcode.Called someone and came back and said she couldn't give refund because it was opened.The plastic was loose but product had never been taken out.You can bet I will be contacting Corporate office.This store did not have a return policy posted that I could see.According to Dollar General website it can be returned with in 30 days with receipt. So are they making up their own return policy?I will be contacting corporate office on Monday July 26th 2024

They are supposed to close at 10pm but it is 9:21pm and it’s already closed, and the employees inside just killing until time to clock out I guess 🙄👎🏽

The cashier was ok but the AA female manager on duty (ghetto and rude) had an negative attitude towards and refuse to give a discount that was advertise in the store. This store is always busy one lane open takes forever to get rung up. They had some christmas items laying around but refuse to honor it for $0.10 unacceptable service from the guy manager.

The doors were locked and there were customers cashing out. There was also a sign on the door stating that it was card ONLY. They do this so that they can count the till ahead of time. I asked the employee if I could come in. I told her that I was paying with card and she allowed me in. No one should have to beg to come into a public business prior to close. The hours are listed that they close at 10 p.m. and it is EVIDENT that They Don't Adhere to Their Own Posting!!!
THIS IS HORRIBLE and I believe it's done because this is a Latino and Black community 😡

I just drove across town to THIS Dollar General because they are listed as being open until 10 p.m and I Just watched her lock the doors at 9:07 p.m THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I have just watched (6) customers try to go in to shop. Something HAS to be done. This happens OFTEN. This is why I stopped shopping here. The DM needs to do something about this!!!

Store closed an hour early. I’ve been on the road all day and my dog needed food but for whatever reason this dollar general store was closed an hour early.

The manager of whoever she is is rude and unprofessional. (Older white lady) No people skills or and poor customer service. She has an attitude as if you're bothering her by shopping there and all she does is complain.

I guess this store has a lot of people steal from them, I was in there today and had a big cart full of stuff and a store associate walked by me and did a circle back to the register and said something to other store associate and they both acted as if I was taking stuff when I had a whole buggy full of stuff, if I’m going to steal why would I have so much in my buggy, I ended up pushing my cart to the front and said I’m not going to be treated like a criminal you all can keep your stuff and walked out, I will never be back to that store again!! That’s terrible to treat somebody like that!!? Also the store was so trashy you couldn’t even get down isle for boxes being everywhere! Wish I could give 0 stars

Place doesn’t close at 10pm unless the employees inside just didn’t want to work any longer. Doors locked.DG change your hours on file if you want more stars. Respectfully

Hours say until 10 door are locked at least a half an hour early. According the other reviews it’s not the first time. Just change the hours instead of being open when you want.
