They refused to give me access to the restroom even after I paid and left my items at the front. I find it ridiculous to have to go on a scavenger hunt for a nearby restroom when I just supported an establishment that has one. I should have refunded the items then and there!

Supposed to open at 8. Came at 8:20. Called to ask “what time they will be opening today” and lady that answered was rude because they are just getting in. As if that is the customer fault and I didn’t ask a simply question. A simple “I’m sorry, we are running behind and will need a few minutes” would have been okay

I found this store to be very unprofessional. They’re open to the public but don’t have a public restroom. I will never spend a cent in this store again.

Rude & unnecessary attitudes I asked an employee a question and she proceeds to roll her eyes and Repeat what she just told me rudely I only asked again because it didn’t sound right the first time , It’s always hot in there and they NEVER have anything stocked. Employees always on the phone . Just horrible !!!!

I went on a Sunday to want to buy and when I wanted to enter I was surprised that the doors did not open and there was staff inside and when they saw me they moved away from the front and did not open and it was already 9:00 two more people arrived who were the same race and there if they ran to open it is not racism but sometimes they behave like that and it is not correct

Typical Dollar General. Employees were friendly. The only negative is the smell - there was a very strong cleaner/detergent smell that was hard to handle.

Typical Dollar General store. Not sure if they stock the store often. I stop by for quick things if possible. Limited choices on cosmetics.
Update: Nov 2022 - The staff keeps changing and ignores the customer waiting online to finish their conversations with each other. The store looks dirtier lately and less stocked. If you need hair products, they are limited. Try the beauty store across the street!! Again, low on stock and the cheap holiday items are too much!! Both this store and the Family Dollar needs serious updates.
