Closed stored at 8:45 pm because they were ready to leave. Store closes at 9:00pm. Refused to open doors. Corporate needs to address this. This is an ongoing problem.

The lady in the front has a nasty attitude with all the customers and makes it so unpleasant to shop there , I was paying and about to put my number in and she goes on and says “ if you’re gonna put a number in I suggest you do it now because I’m not going to go back” . If you don’t want to work with customers then don’t look for a job that deals with customer service. With workers like that it makes people not want to come back here again.

If I could give a 0, that is what it would be 100%. I don’t know if the young lady that worked last night (around 8:30pm) was a manager (hope not). She was very rude and definitely not a welcoming person to the store.
Why would you get an attitude because a customer inquires why the $5 discount did not work, which the store advertises, if you clip the coupon?? She was so nasty to the customer ahead of me. And then she had the audacity to blurt out to her team member, “I need for you to get on the register so we can get these people out of here!” Guess what, if these people don’t come, you don’t have a job here is what I wanted to say but with her “ghetto” demeanor, I am pretty sure she would have caused me to come out of character. Needless to say, same thing happened to me with my coupon and I was told to come back the next day when the manager was in. Not even worth it, but thanks!
Dollar General, please be careful of hiring people that don’t have the required experience to work in your stores especially if they have to interact with customers. They may be better suited to stock only. So disappointing because we are always encouraged to shop in our community but with this type of service, it makes it hard.

I went to this store yesterday Monday 7/7/2024. I was in line with six or seven people. One cashier I didn’t see any other employee my entire visit. The young lady at the register had the nastiest attitude. She was telling customers to take their items out of the little yellow basket and saying in a nasty tone you need to take everything out of the basket and saying to them I’m not no maid. She was very rude if item should be taken out of the basket just ask nicely or post it somewhere so customers will. I said to her I don’t think you’re a maid but it’s your job. She was very rude to other customers as well. If she doesn’t want to work there she should choose another job. 😳

What is going on at this Dollar general? They are always closed are understaff. That comes from the top which is management. If you are not managing your store correct, it falls down on your employees. If you show favoritism, your employees do not want to come to work. If you show you have a bad attitude, your employees do not want to work with you. There is not one manager that lasts here more than two years. So get your act together and TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT.

The worker outside telling cars that pull up that they are closed but the place doesn’t suppose to close until 9 pm.

The store is looking much better now that the workers have their act together. It's been fully stock lately and the workers don't have such bad attitudes.

I just want to say this Dollar General is always fully stocked....I always find everything that I need whenever I go there....The cashiers are super nice except for this one particular lady...she always have an attitude and is always on the phone when she's ringing up customers...very unpleasant and a miserable person that you can tell there's a lot going on with her....and very disrespectful towards some customers....two of my favorite workers are no longer there because of this unprofessional manager.....she only helps whom she wants to help as far as customers goes.. WATCH the prices.....they always overcharge on items because she does not know what the hell she is doing....Also she is giving items to her friends and family members if this type of behavior continues...I will be reporting this person to the corporate office.... I come here from time to time since I live 5mins from it. However, today I went to pick up food items and a lot of the food items or similar were outdated. I picked up cheese and sauce that was dated back in Jan 2023 & we’re now in July. A younger woman was straightening up the aisle, but they need to properly go through these items. Grated Cheese was the color of the can, instead of white just about. I also informed the lady at the register. They both were nice and understanding. But as a pregnant woman, I could’ve gotten sick had I not paid attention to this.

Most of the shelfs are almost empty. Employees are not very friendly nor welcoming.

Please close this location down . They are constantly closing early and always having technical issues with their system . I am extremely dissatisfied with their services .
