I planned my day to go to Dollar General for items I could have gotten at the Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, Harris Teeter, Publix in other words I passed all those stores to check out Dollar General. Well today February 27, 2024, helped me to see a couple of things workers are not in touch with customers they could care less if you found everything you need, never asked and the attitude I experienced was like don't speak to me I was totally shocked. As I approached to check out not a soul was ready to check me out. Finally after several I asked if someone come come check me out. The person came ringed my purchases and walked away. No thank you! No have a nice day! Nothing as if I don't care if you got what you needed or came for. they need undercover boss to come check it out. My receipt is not legible so I cannot send my review to the Main Office. I would like a request. The store I visited is on Westinghouse, in Charlotte North Carolina. I wish I could show you my receipt.

This is the closet dollar general to my residence and each visit I am disappointed. There is a young lady with braids who work the cash register that is the RUDEST. There has been many instances where she has argued with me, made smart remarks and stood in front of me as I'm ringing up items to make seem I am stealing. This location has went from not having any items in the store to finally been stocked but one thing that remains the same is this unprofessionalism of there workers.

Loud profanity from a female employee as I was shopping. She didn’t seem to care at all that other people could hear her. She was also very rude to me at the register. No customer service skills whatsoever. Last time shopping at this location.

I was scanning the litter box for me cat and I scan the top bar code and the lady came from the last office with bad attitude maybe because and Latin and she told me that I wasn’t scan the little , She treated me as a thief and a liar. that was so humiliating and how I know the top bar code doesn’t work , she left and left me talking and didn't apologize

Manager (Stephanie) was extremely rude for no reason. I have been coming to this DG for 3 months now because I am new to the area and it’s close. Plus I like to take advantage of the deals.While I was at self check out the system scanned a coupon as invalid that was in date. This was odd because the system had just asked me to scan coupons.Stephanie rudely walked up and stated you can’t do that here and walked off. After I asked why if I had scanned a coupon the week prior.No explanation or anything. I thought it was odd because I just had used a coupon the week prior.Luckily an associate worker got me rung up on the additional cashier station.

The employee with the braids have a awful unprofessional attitude that needs to be addressed promptly to whatever manager that’s over her because that was my first time going there as a customer and wasn’t aware of their system and my vision isn’t 20/20 as well. The other employee was rude to another customer as well. Her customer service skills needs extreme improvement asap. People don’t shop and spend money where there’s disrespectful employees .

I went to DG with my mom in the afternoon and I was having some trouble connecting/logging into the DG app to clip coupons for my purchase for that day. I had a wonderful interaction with one of the cashier's who honored the coupon and took her time to search and add that coupon into our purchase. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name but I am super grateful for her!

Very bad the products have a price on the shelvs but when a paid it was a different price ,so when I ask to them they just don't want to fixed and don't selling to me anything ,I don't know if they don't have a manager or supervisor.

The rudest people alive work at this location. I do not recommend
