This is the worst dollar tree I Charlotte. The managers argue and fight with customers. They have no security. There are always homeless people outside pan handling.The worst thing about this store is that they don't ever have enough registers open for the volume of customers they have and the managers are very ghetto and very unprofessional. CLOSE THIS STORE

The Cashier today was VERY DISRESPECTFUL just because you had to void "ONE" damn item and pop off with her mouth and pass me to another person wth it happens to a bunch of people and DON'T need the job! If you're NOT Happy with your JOB Quit DON'T be Rude when the Customer hasn't even been rude and is apologizing for the inconvenience it is for YOU. And the way she talked to her Manager, ha she shouldn't have a job acting like that PERIOD! Overall The Manager She was very Sweet and nice and handled my check out, Thank you!

I honestly believe the store is a reflection of it's cliential. Someone was in the store yelling "People steal because the lines are long"! Therefore I can see why the inventory is low. Since the area is being Gentiified I'll be back in a few years.

Store in shambles never got what I need. The whole staff seem like crackheads with attitudes. Customer service poor. I'm just have to travel to another establishment because this one ran thru and ran down.

Biggest Dollar Tree I have come across, and I just had to go inside! It is grand for sure! They have a lot of things any normal dollar tree has but with a lot more variety! They are fully stocked of every item you can think of. Seasonal, beauty, snacks, laundry, home goods, everything. Found a bunch of items that sometimes aren't fully stocked at other locations. They did unfortunately only have two cashiers working, so the wait time was a while, but other than that, everyone was super friendly. Definetly will be back if I'm in the area.

Danniell who seems to look like she may be on drugs need to get a job she actually enjoys. She never spoke to any customers, and was upset that I entered that I wanted cash back. She stated that I should have asked, and I stated that is your job to say something and there is not a note which usually it does at any other store. They need to get someone that looks less like they’re on meth, and actually have customer service skills.

“This Dollar Tree location is the largest I’ve ever seen. I’ve only been to Dollar Tree twice before, but this store has won me over. I initially visited because of a TikTok dupe I saw, and I ended up leaving with about 75 items—it sounds excessive, but the store had so many cute things I just had to have. The selection here is impressive, with plenty of dupes for name-brand items.
Despite its size, there was only one cashier, Karen, who was not only efficient but also very funny and helpful. If you’re in a hurry, keep in mind that there might be a line. The store was well-organized, and I noticed associates restocking shelves as I shopped, which was great to see.
