Normally this is a go-to location for me. I'm not sure it will be anymore. I understand the stocking employees having music playing on their phone while they work, but there was one employee today that was over the top. His volume was maxed out and he had the most vulgar, trashy, stuff playing. It was just plain nasty. It was so loud, I thought it was coming from overhead store speakers. None of the employees did anything about it. Sad.

Awful customer service, stay away from this store, the older lady that works as the person in charge Ms. Addy or Abby was very disrespectful for being an older person and wouldn’t even listen. She needs to retire if she has no patience or wants to listen when there is an issue.
Customers go to another location. Stay away!

This location 5409 South Blvd Tyvola Mall, Charlotte, NC 28217 didn't have any baskets available for shopping and when I reached out to the empty unused basket hanging on the side of cashier checkout she told me I couldn't use even though she was actively not using it as she was checking out other customers she further proceeded to put something in it just so that no one can use it either

Poor customer service sign on door says closes at 9 online it says closes at 9 . Walk into store at 835 she says closes in 8 mins . No hi welcome to dollar tree nothing . But anywho thats 8:43 not 9 so I’m hurrying trying to find my items 2 mins later she says store closes in 4 mins get on the mic 30seconds later and say 3 mins. I couldn’t even focus on getting what I came to get because I was getting bullied out the store the second I walked in . And 2 more times before I could exit she announced the closing of the store. Like ok we get you want to go home chill out . It’s still not even 845 and yall not supposed to close till 9. Do better we in here spending our money supporting this business have a better representation of your company .

I know it’s a dollar store, but they really need two cashiers at all times. One person in a line of ten or 15 people that wants balloons blown up really slows things down.

They suppose to be open at 8 but everyday 8 clock comes there not open I have to wait at least ten minutes more before they open

The worst customer service staff in any store I’ve been to. Talking rudely about customers to other people in store when the customer is standing right there. Horrible.

******POSTED HOURS WRONG*****They close at 8:50 not 9:00.Went to Dollar Tree to grab a few items before they closed at 9. Evidently at this location the posted hours are just a suggestion. They close at 8:50 and post a very rude employee at the door to stop you from entering. Now I have been to many Dollar Trees so this must just be this location. I do have a picture of the rude employee so if anyone follows up with me I will be glad to share her picture.
