MANAGER AND HIRING MANAGER AT THIS STORE ! WILL BE REPORTING TO CORPORATE
This afternoon I went to Dollar tree to inquire about my job application. I called the store yesterday on April 1st and was told they were hiring and to come to the store. When I arrive today on April 2nd at 1:00 p.m. I greeted the cashier and asked to speak with the hiring manager. He reached out over the intercom to the hiring manager that I was there and looking for a I patiently waited for 20 minutes at the front of the store for the manager to come and greet me. Another manager approached and did not assist at all. After about 25 minutes of waiting the hiring manager finally came to the front of the store. The young lady that I have spoken to had to remind her that I was standing there waiting for her after she walked past me multiple times. The hiring manager the older black lady kinda short, approached me and said ''yeah ''. At that point I was taken back by her greeting. I introduced myself and explained that I have filled out an application and was looking to start working soon as possible. I asked her if she was hiring and the manager responded to me not at the moment and I'm busy right now. I waited for 25 to 30 minutes in the front of that store just to be greeted by the manager. All she had to do was take 2 minutes out of stocking to greet me and at least take my information. I was taking back by the rudeness and unprofessional professionalism that is taking place at this dollar tree. Even if I am not gifted with the position to work this job at least I want the next person to be treated with some dignity and respect. I just want corporate and others to know who they have as a manager and the given the authority to hire people. What happened to the professionalism these days in 2025. Corporate needs to know about both of these managers that were in this office today at 1:00 p.m. when I came. They are very unprofessional and very nasty at this store. Even though I was taking back and already energy had went down after not being greeted. I still thought it through and wanted to execute my mission of meeting the manager and putting my name out there. This is the worst story ever and I would never want to work here after that type of approach. I would never spend a dime at this location. I am also a social media influencer and I will make aware of the store and the type of people that run it. That and I'll take 8,000 of my followers

Don't be following store hours suppose to close at 9 and closed at 6 cause there is no cashier the employee said but there is a worker in their cleaning.

They just keep having a sign saying they aren't open, like 4 times I've been here and it's just closed. Doesn't matter what time of the morning or afternoon I seem to go. I wish they would update their Google hours. "CLOSED, STORE NOT OPEN"

former Eastland Mall location. very big and all but the store needs an update its messy and old looking vs the newer location. They do have good selection of items. The cashiers could be a bit better. The freezer makes a lot of noise.
