I came to this location today at 10:00am. Horrible customer service. I walked to the counter and the cashier guy saw me walk to the register and proceeded to still text on his phone. Never said anything to me. Then once he decides he is done texting he came to ring me up. Didn’t greet me or anything. As I was leaving I heard him greet the customer that was behind me. I will never come to this location again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do better with your customer service or find a new job that doesn’t require you to interact with customers.

The worst customer service I've had in a LONG time! After shopping, I went to the register to purchase my stuff. The young lady there was on her phone and continued to type on it even as I stood there. I waited a minute, just thinking, " She's probably finishing a text, fine." Then she leans over the counter and proceeds to speak "Youtube!" Into her phone repeatedly not once even acknowledging my presence. Wow!! You can't speak to a customer? Or even put your phone down to do your job and then turn on YouTube or whatever?? I politely put those few things back that I was gonna purchase bc I don't care how low the price is, I will only shop where I'm shown respect. Save your coins and go to another store.

I just wanted to share my frustration about my experience at Dollar Tree this morning. I woke up with the intention of supporting the store, only to find a sign on the door saying they were closed due to being short-staffed. It was really disheartening to see people still coming in and out, and when I finally got inside, a worker told me they were closed and just trying to get everyone out. I understand staffing issues happen, but it felt really unfair to those of us who wanted to support the store today.

The store is still understaffed. However, I was able to quickly find the parchment paper I needed. Then got out within a reasonable amount of time.

Normally it's well stocked and kind of clean. I did have to wait in line like 10 minutes as there was only 1 line open to pay.

This store is well stocked, clean and organized. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I drive from SC just to shop this store.
