I just had the worse experience in this store with the cashier Shauna. She made a comment about helping people in the store and I didn't want to go in her line when directed and stated it was because of her comment. She got loud and rude and started approaching me like she wanted to fight. She continued on and didn't seem to care that she was at work or that other customers were in line. I have been going to this store for years but after that experience with my daughter next to me, that was my last time. You shouldn't feel like you are about to get into a physical altercation because the cashier didn't want to provide service or have to defend yourself physically if the person won't back off. She needs to be fired. That was unacceptable.

I spend WAYY to much time and money here lol. But the selection is unmatched. It can be a little cluttered and messy at times but I would compare it to going to a thrift shop and finding hidden treasures. The $5 section gets a little pricy if you spend too much time there but lots of cuter decoration and craft activities. I attached some pics of my fall finds and crafts!

This dollar tree smells awful I arrived at the dollar tree at 8:40 and the guy saw me walking up to the door and locked the door and walked away. I work in retail and I understand that sometimes you have to close the door early but 20 mins is unacceptable.. they need a new management because the ones they got is not doing it right

Teach William how to speak to customers. This the 3rd time i been in this store where he doesn't speak at all. No your total is.... No thank you. Nothing!!Unless the customer is white, then he has manners. If you cant great everyone the same get out of customer service!!

I ABSOLUTELY ABHOR this $1.25 Tree. They take the phone off of the hook so that they don't have to answer it and they CLOSE WHEN THEY WANT TO. Today is 4/7/2023 and the store closed at 8:30 p.m. The posted time is 9:00 p.m. I have watched (20+) customers get turned away by the little guy at the door. He locked it behind EVERY CUSTOMER that walked out of the store. This store needs to Close Down. The management is HORRIBLE and this store doesn't properly Serve The Community!!!

It is 9:50 and it is not open. People are in the store and people are riding up trying to open the door and no one will come and open it. 1 woman looks like she’s cleaning, the other walking slow on the phone. 7 people have come up so far while I’m here and no one has even tried to open the door. I see one ignoring us and just stocking.

The place is not organized and dirty. There are boxes everywhere, the floor is dirty, and the place lacks good management to take care of things. Many boxes are just haphazardly placed. The quality of the item is not very good, and the price is not $1 anymore, but has been increased to $1.25Parking spot is available adequately. Service and staff is quick and professional.

They are not open at time, I saw a guy knockin the door because it was 9:07 am and a girl inside the store star yelling to the guy, really bad for this store not a good service to talk like bad mood they open warever they want until 9.15 Im not recomended mount holly strret in charlotte

This is my first time visiting this store. The parking lot was filthy and has trash everywhere. The inside of the store wasn’t the cleanest either & a lot of isles still had tons of boxes that needed to be stocked. I only gave two stars just because the lady at the register was nice.
