I experienced the worst customer service from this store on Thanksgiving 2024. I had the worst pain and wanted to stop in here to get some ibuprofen. It was about 4:50 pm and we were grateful to see that they were open. When I walked in I immediately heard and saw a skinny black male yelling at customers telling them to "get out! The store is closed" an older man said "I'm sorry but the door was still unlocked" the man continue to yell not only at the older gentleman but also at a few of the other people who walked in too. He held the door open for us to leave and said "You don't wait until Thanksgiving to get NOTHING last minute!" As a customer, we were all flabbergasted!!! My boyfriend immediately got out the car to protect me and the situation because of the look on my face but the gentleman shut the door and locked it. I was so upset that someone would talk to a customers.... let alone an elder like that. My goodness! It's Thanksgiving....the door was still unlocked and it's a way to talk to people. I'm not sure what was going on with this young man but I definitely feel like he needs to be terminated for that and I'm gonna pray for him because he definitely needs it. Dollar Tree is one of my favorite store but unfortunately I will not go back to this one, I would rather go to the one on Sugar Creek than to deal with someone like that. Please hire people that actually want to work here!

This store is extremely dirty! Merchandise all on the floor in between aisles and it smelled like sewage!

The black guy was talking rude to customers locking them in the store at 7:43 while he was taking cash registers in the office. He told customers don’t come back to his store cause he can do whatever he wants. He’s the head boss and he doesn’t get in trouble. Why would he be taking out cash register at this time? Seems like some theft going on to me and he needs to be investigated

I had no issues with the store but it is trash everywhere like the other comments say inside and outside of the store, in the parking lot area. If that’s cleaned up then it would definitely make the store look better. Here are some pictures of some of items in the store.

This location has messy parking lot with trash lying around and no trash can. Every time their truck comes to unload it blocks the entrance.They barely have anything and even no shopping bags. They could've told me that before they asked me keeping the receipt. I rather go to another location than this one, even though it's the nearest one for me!

Horribly kept location. Shelves partially empty and what’s there is in complete disarray. Parking lot always a mess. There are far better locations not that much further to drive to.

Inside is typical Dollar Tree, but clearly the owner has no community pride or care for the environment. There is trash everywhere. Be a good neighbor and clean up.
