I have food allergies. They vary depending on the food and the quantity eaten. I'm a commercial truck driver. One effect food I'm allergic to can have on me is dizzy spells and passing out. Not good for a truck driver. Needless to say, I'm m careful about what i eat. Last night i ordered some domino's. I ate the bread sticks first which were great. Then I started eating the pizza. A few bites in I noticed the taste was funny not like what I was used to. Before finishing the first piece I realized it had the wrong sauce on it. I called the location. I ordered pizza from and I was first asked if I wanted a refund or fifty percent off on my next order. The manager wanted to argue with me about the sauce And was missing the whole concern. You have to be more careful when preparing food for people. You never know when what you are preparing will cause someone to be sick or even cause death. In my case , if I eat the wrong food and it has the effect of causing me to pass out , it could kill many people. I had walked over to pick up the pizza because a 75 foot. Long truck doesn't exactly fit in front of most domino's. Fortunately I didn't have to go anywhere until the next day. So I was left suffering in my truck vomiting. Today I finish my delivery and while I have a chance to drive just my tractor I went and returned the pizza to the dominos. The manager wanted to have the same exact argument. Fo all I know. It was the exact same manager as last night considering I never saw the man. I know their job isn't dangerous like mine in the same ways as Mine is, But what they do can't put people's life at risk. It seems that the manager last night in the manager today , if they are different people , both miss this point. I walked out with no refund, no discount. My food left on the counter and I promise not to be a customer again if this is how they're going to handle issues. Where somebody put the wrong sauce on food and caused someone to be ill. While I was talking to the manager today I did show my order history which shows that I order the exact same way everytime, except when i'm ordering for my wife or daughter as well. I believe that the person making the pizza made an honest mistake. They missed the customization on the pizza order and used the normal sauce for that pizza. But the way they handled it when told is inappropriate. They need training on handling the disabled and dealing with people disabilities. Yes, allergies are a disability. I have near a dozen recognized disabilities, yet i still manage to do a dangerous job that keeps the public applied with the things they need.Dietary restrictions: They dropped the ball here. I was stuck in my semi vomitting because they used the wrong sauce.

So if the app is down and they know the app is down they penalize the customer, from what a associate advised me was they can't give out the app specials even if the customer is attempting to do their part and order off the app that's crazy then to add insult to injury the associate or manager because I did ask for the manager and he kept speaking as if he was, he tells me to wait 30mins then try again, wow Domino's what a way to treat your repeat customers. I do understand the app is not working however you are aware as well and do nothing to apease your customer for your known issues. You guys really need to treat your customers better and not make us pay for your technical issues.

Dominos used to be made to go to for pizza but now they don't do deliver pizzas anymore. You have to go and get it. I told him I didn't have a way to get there to get the pizza and they said they couldn't help me so therefore I won't be going to Dominos anymore.

I made an order and they placed it, took the money and a minute later another person called and said that we would not bring the order to me because they were already closed, after they had already placed my order and I took the money from my card!!!!

I wish I could give this store a 10. The employees greeted me and were very polite. This was my 1st time at this location and I was a little hesitant b/c of the reviews but I was very impressed. Jeremy was awesome! He joked around and I felt really good about my experience. Never judge a book by its online ratings.

Ordered delivery at 6:30 pm on a Tues. Delivery was pretty quick. Thin crust pizza was cooked to perfection. Has 4 ingredients so as not to load pizza up. Perfect quantity. A very tasty pizza.

Would give them zero stars, if I could. Should've read the reviews before I placed an order from this location - so many bad reviews! One would think that the franchise owner would pay attention to all the reviews from unhappy customers and choose to institute positive changes to improve the service standards.Ordered online with the delivery window showing as 35-40 minutes. When I called the store an hour and 15 minutes later, I was informed that the order had just gone into the oven and would not be delivered for another 20 - 25 minutes minutes! What's more, the person who answered the phone wasn't even apologetic ! Since the order was already in the oven, I didn't want to be 'that mean customer' who cancels at the last minute.Lesson definitely learnt though. Not going to order again from this location, unless the ownership changes or the reviews completely turn around to show excellent service.

Drivers need to understand it’s a privilege to have a job. Communication goes along way especially when given the tools to execute (customer phone # and home address)I specifically asked for contactless delivery yet the delivery driver rang my doorbell. Your delivery driver woke up my baby, made my dog bark and was extremely rude.I opened my door to a gentleman insisting on a signature for “Tip, Total and Signature”This location lacks customer service. I’ve had serval bad experiences.

I ordered and paid through the Dominos mobile app. It sent me notifications every step of the way - when my food was in the oven, when it was out the oven, when it was checked for perfection & last when it was out for delivery. Well, my order was out for delivery and minutes later I received a phone call from the Steele Creek location Dominos stating I need to cancel my order because they are not delivering my order and to call South Tryon location instead. This is the closest Dominos to me so I don’t understand why it could not be delivered and I was not given any explanation at all. I then stated if my order was to be cancelled I would be out of my money and my food. The guy on the phone did not care and hung up. I was then sent a notification that my order was canceled. So now out of money and my food I desperately called South Tryon location just to be told that they are not doing deliveries because they are backed up on orders. Smh I spend so much money with Dominos and this was the worst experience ever.

Terrible service and disrespectful staff. The Manager at store 7426 was extremely rude after telling me that MY order was given to someone with three black kids! I am black so I guess he thought that was cool to say?! I am very disappointed in my local Dominos. He offered me a two liter and told me to wait or leave. Either way he didn't care.

I’m literally in tears I ordered a medium pizza for lunch break around 130 and it is 3 after going back and forth with dominos I learned that the manager gave the driver the wrong address and that’s why I never received my pizza, he refunded me but I have to wait 7 business days for the money to be back on my card and it is the holidays nobody has time to wait in money that belongs to them! The driver is rude also he just hung up on me and manager gave me the option for them to deliver or I can pick up another pizza I told him yes BUT I don’t want to run the risk of them tampering with my food so I have to take this L! Don’t go to this location they are very unprofessional and it all started with the manager not paying attention to what the customer said!
