We enjoyed our stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood in Charlotte NC. Easy online booking on their website (with member rates), great staff at check-in and leadership at the hotel (thanks again Malak), and friendly helpful staff at each interaction throughout our stay on our recent visit reinforced our high regard for this hotel and this chain. It is nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Very nice breakfast and the evening Kick-Back with snacks and drinks included is something we always enjoy. Highly recommended.

Good hotel, was under some construction but no issues. You can hear some road noise, next to the interstate and near Carowinds. Decent breakfast in which we took advantage of, would stay again if traveling to the area.

Safety: The area was safe
Food and drinks: The offer free after 5p drinks and food. Unfortunately, due to the food selection I was unable to eat the dinner but it appeared to be properly prepared.

Nicely kept place. Rooms very clean. Staff kind and hospitable. Included dinner and breakfast were a pleasant surprise. Being right off the highway meant we could get on the road to our destinations faster.

This was an excellent stay. The dinner bar with drinks was good. The pool was a little chilly (it was interesting for me being from Indiana that it was both an inside and outside pool connected by a wall you could swim under) but understandable given outdoor temps when we stayed were in the low 60s. The hot tub felt so wonderful after being in the brisk pool. The breakfast bar was quite good. The staff was wonderful. I asked for a cot as we didn't end up booking the room we thought we did (our fault not theirs) and the staff was right on it and so helpful. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff. They were great. Everything was super clean. I will say, the only downside right now is, they are currently doing some construction which includes the main floor guest bathrooms. The only bathroom, on the main floor is in the pool area. For obvious reasons, that can be quite hard to get into with it being so frequently occupied. Other than that, you can't even really tell there's construction going on. Overall, I was very pleased with our stay and would again if traveling in that area in the future.

Arrived after fleeing Hurricane Milton, and this was the only jhotel that had rooms. Lucky for me because everything about my stay was perfect. The staff was helpful from top to bottom. The room was clean and comfortable.. The breakfast and dinner buffet was a welcome amenity. As a person who travels regularly for work, this is by far the best experience I've had.

Just completing my stay here for one night to go to the Bengals Panthers game today. Had a slight problem with my check in, but it was handled promptly and professionally by staff. The breakfast bar was excellent as usual. The eggs, superb! A very friendly staff member was frequenting the dining room and asking guests about their experience. What a pleasant surprise! Our room was impeccably clean. This is why I love staying at Drury. I am almost always guaranteed an excellent overall experience.

This was my 6th stay at this location in the last couple of years due to convenience to my office, and it is always a nice place....clean, efficient, and no worries. However, I have noticed my last two trips that "non hotel" guests seem to be more prominent, especially when they serve food at dinner. I noticed two people yesterday pull up, go in and get a full plate, and then leave. No one from staff was monitoring this. There have also been "guests" leave in the morning. Nice place, but they need to be more cognizant of their surroundings.

Booked last minute for family emergency/death out of state, 12 hour nonstop drive. Never heard of Drury but SO glad we chose it! Great amenities, amazing complimentary (hot) meals & drinks, family friendly. On a busy holiday weekend they ran with prompt friendly service in clean friendly surroundings like a well oiled machine. Easy on/off highway in a nice area with proximity to the city. ONLY bummer was broken hot tub jet switch but we still enjoyed a soak. Last but CERTAINLY NOT least, ALLLL this on par with affordable, regular people prices. It was a pleasant surprise & relief . ♥️?? THANK YOU

Great experience! Flight canceled due to weather. Called six hotels since I couldn’t get out until the next evening. Drury was last call.
The service was excellent, everybody was friendly, and they had the best rate. Would definitely stay here again.
