Well I bought a valentine gift for my girlfriend. When it was delivered we saw a hair in the arrangement. I have tried multiple times to contact them about this issue. When I call the number it puts me on hold . I was on hold for about 5 minutes then it would say that the number I dialed is not longer in service and hang up. I have tried to emailing and have not gotten a response.

My first experience is the worst 1...I came this morning at 12, was told from Keith to come back after 4 to pick my order up..Get there and he never did my order..Then tried to give me someone else's order but that person showed up, so he goes in the back and never came back out...Please get some better workers in there, this was alot of time and gas wasted..I left to keep my cool without my order...Management yall have work to do.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but if you can help it, choose another Edible to order from, even if it's a little further out but save yourself and don't order from this one. I placed this order to be delivered on VDay, so my mom could feel special, on that day. (BTW-I make her feel special everyday, but that's not the point) As of 7:00 PM on 2/14, she still had not received the order. I called the store and it immediately went to their VM. I left a message. No return call. Then shortly after, I receive a text from Uber that the order is going to be delivered. About 5 minutes later, I get a text that the delivery has been canceled. The next morning, I call the store, all agents are busyand they say you can hold or leave a message. I hold and then eventually opt to leave a message. No return call. I call the corporate #, leave a message. No return call. Then I get another message from Uber saying the order is going to be delivered. I was calling to cancel, but to no avail. Late in the afternoon the VDay gift was finally delivered. My challenge here is the lack of communication. Extraordinary customer service is being proactive to let the customer know that their order can't be delivered for whatever reason. But to not say anything at all and go home and go to bed like "i'll just worry about it tomorrow" is piss poor communication and really highlights the lack of leadership in this organization and at the store. I honestly should have read the reviews before I ordered because to only have 3 stars out of 5 and multiple customers having similar issues is telling. There is an old saying that "when you know better, you will do better" Next time, I will do better and select another location. (Oh and BTW-I've still not received a call back but what should I expect)

I purchased an Edible Arrangement on Feb. 10th 2023 to be delivered to my wife at work on Valentine’s Day. The order never came. I drive to the store since they literally never answer the phone. Once I got there I was told my order was out for delivery, at 4:30 pm my wife job closes at 5 pm. They gave me the drivers number she told me she was close to South Carolina making deliveries and wouldn’t be able to make my delivery today. I drove all the way to South Carolina one hour away from my house just so my wife wasn’t left without a gift for Valentine’s Day. I went back up the store to complain about the unprofessional behavior and was met with rude denial. They told me I could not get a refund, and there was nothing they could do to compensate me. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve ever had while living in Charlotte. I would not recommend this place to anyone living in Charlotte. Contacting them is impossible, and they do not hold up their end of the bargain when it comes to anything. If I could give negative stars for this business I would! Avoid this place no matter what!

Service quality is bad. They guarantee delivery before 5 PM, take all day to make the arrangement, and deliver after 5 PM when the recipient has gone for the day.*Update* Quite ironic that the response time to a bad review is far quicker than the support you get from calling the store and asking for updates to your order status. Please don’t order from here. You’ll be better off using Harry and David or 1-800-Flowers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Today is Monday 1/22 and still waiting for any order to be delivered that was suppose to be delivered on Friday 1/19. Gift did not show up on 1/19 after several calls I finally got in touch with employee at this location. I was told systems were down but my order would still be sent. I verbally asked would they be able to delivery on Friday 1/19. I was advised that it will be delivered. Nothing ever arrived on the 19th. On Saturday, 1/20 at approximately 3:00pm I received an email stating that we tried to deliver but we missed it. TOO BAD the company is closed on weekends. I spoke to customer support which gave me the run around and only offered to reimburse for delivery fee. I advised that wasn’t good enough; no one could help. I asked to speak to a supervisor; off because it’s a weekend. How funny!!!! Finally after 5 calls today, I finally got in contact with location to be told we attempted to deliver on Saturday….then it was we tried on Friday but missed you; don’t happen because I was on the phone with said location at the time it was suppose to be delivered on the 19th. This young lady I spoke with today, kept coming up with excuses and my order still hasn’t been delivered. All I have received is apologies and 20% off on an order that hasn’t arrived and they can’t even tell me around what time it will be delivered today. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. It’s very upsetting because I have used this company several times over in another state.

Customer service is awful at this store. The delivery drivers are also incompetent and do not know how to use call boxes or doors. Please save yourself the headache.

Placed an order for a birthday arrangement. Called to confirm delivery on day of. Was told order was being made and would be delivered by end of day. Arrangement was not delivered until the afternoon the following day- a day late and after the birthday. Called to express my dissatisfaction and was refused any refund. Do not use this location!!

Disgusting flowers and fruit rotten and smelled like fish. NEVER order from this location! The flowers smelled like they had a rotten fish in the vase. Overpriced. I ordered a vanilla cake and they didn't have any on the pick-up day so they gave me a chocolate cake that we didn't even touch. Customer service was bad only gave me a refund on the rotten flowers and nothing else. Order was a gift to my wife on her birthday and it sucks that she didn't get to enjoy it. Check other locations or don't use Edible Arrangements at all.

Beautiful bouquet! Far exceeded expectations, however they were out of the customizable container I had chosen. They did try to call me to let me know however I didn’t have cell service at the time.

Was supposed to re deliver the following day but did not. Was told they will but that did not happen. They Made my wife drive to get it. You pay for delivery service you should honor it. Other then that product was fine
