Ordered for valentines. No indication of any ETA or any sort of status until the last minute. Couldn’t get in contact with the store, no response to any calls or text. Now 8pm and still hasn’t arrived, what good is that? I get it’s Valentine’s Day and probably busy, but if you couldn’t accommodate deliveries at a reasonable hour, why accept them? And why not communicate? And say hey, we’re running behind but would you like it picked up?Update: it is now 9am February 15th and the order was never delivered. You dropped the ball and I’ll never use this store again. Awesome Valentine’s Day.

I placed an order on February 5th to have roses delivered to my wife's work on Valentine's Day. Not only did Edible fail to deliver my order to my wife, they did not get the order ready at all (as of this morning, 2/15, it is still in the "crafting" stage). Absolutely inexcusable on their part to be this incompetent.

I made an order on february 13, 2024 for a 172.00 , and picked option to be delivered on february 14, 2024 , FOR VALENTINE DAY ,about 12pm feb.14 i tracked order and it said "order recieved ". Ended up going to dinner and did an inquiry , i wanted to know the ETA and recieved no response , after 4pm i checked order again and it said "order being prepared" when i got close to home around 7 pm i checked again and it said out for delivery . As i type this at 11:18 pm feb. 14 the tracking says out for delivery , i have not recieved it , this is not what i paid for , if you cant handle the orders nor have contact with customer for something you advertise , WHY TAKE PEOPLE MONEY

My sister ordered a very expensive arrangement for my birthday yesterday, though it says delivered it never actually came. Very disappointed. Nobody called me either. I hope my sister gets every penny back. This location should shut down, the reviews are atrocious. It's sad because Edible Arrangements used to have such a great reputation. Not anymore.

I want to thank Jade the manager of this store that went far and beyond to satisfy a customer with a same day delivery. I'm so appreciative and my family member loved it and enjoyed every bit of it! The fruit, cupcakes and balloon were the perfect gift! I thank you so much Ms. Jade and I will definitly patronize your store again.

I was going to order an arrangement from this location, for my daughter for her birthday, but these REVIEWS just changed my mind! This place sounds like it needs a refresher course in customer service.

The website says the store closes at 7. Something came up and couldn’t make by 3 so someone called me before I could call and said they were closing at 5 not 7, if 7 is not closing time it needs to be taken off the website!

I received a fruit and cookie platter as a gift for being awarded Teacher of the Year! The strawberries were fresh! The cookies on the platter were soft and sweet. A very tasty treat!

The owner was so nice and sweet. I didn’t know I needed to place an order online, however, when I walked in she told me to wait a few moments and she would have an order ready for me. The store was exceptionally clean and all food items were handle and stored properly. I’ll definitely be returning!

I will never use this company again. I ordered online for my daughter's birthday. It is 9:26 pm and she still have not received the delivery. I will request a refund. Would you want a delivery after 9pm. No phone call or anything. They do not deserve a 1 star.

Placed an order for pickup via internet that had not gone through. Contacted the location about 15 minutes prior to picking my order and store rep acknowledged the issue and stated my order would be ready at the requested time. I just want to say thank you for having my order prepared for pickup even though there was an issue with your online ordering system. Fantastic job!!!

Store is clean and well stocked. Employee was very polite on phone and in person. I appreciate their courteous service. The fruit arrangement was gorgeous and delicious! I have enjoyed these arrangements for many years from lots of locations. Never once have seen or tested a bad piece of fruit. I send these to all of my family and friends! We enjoy them often. Sneaking pieces late at night out of the fridge is fun. We laugh about it when we catch each other! This fruit is always ripe. The chocolates are actually very good. Honestly, I do not know how they did it all!
