Contacted Orlando for prices. Came into the store and he was able to get both of my devices switched to a different carrier as well as keeping both of our current numbers. Went above and beyond to make sure our numbers didn’t change. Excellent customer service & conversation. Very knowledgeable. Will come back for any and every phone issues I may have.
