I have worked with Ella B. Candles to create branded candles for my business. At every point in the process, I was impressed. Their website is extremely helpful and easy to navigate. I received a phone call the very next day. Eddie asked great questions to determine my needs. She was personable and informative. Because I'm local, I was able to visit their office and talk through the fragrance and packaging details. They have so many great scents! But they have grouped them in a way that choosing one is not overwhelming. Everyone I met was extremely nice and helpful. Eddie and the Ella B. team made sure my process to design and approve the packaging was smooth and efficient. I love that they have an in-house graphic designer available that was very helpful in executing my vision. I received my order last week. The candles are PERFECT! The quality of the packaging as well as the candle COULD NOT BE BETTER! I strongly recommend Ella B, and I look forward to working with them for years! This is a fantastic small business who obviously puts in the time and effort to make every customer have a great experience and feel appreciated.
