Michael should be employee of the YEAR. He helped me understand how to adjust my mirrors and use the backup camera. He measured the height of the vehicle for us. He was so kind and seemed to think of everything. When I returned the van, he was there to help me quickly do the walk around inspection and confirm how much of my deposit I would get back. He recognized I was in a hurry to get to work and made the process simple. I usually wouldn't think of Enterprise for truck/van rental, but I'm glad I happened upon them. It was a much better experience with Enterprise than my previous experiences with U-Haul. Honestly, everyone at the Equipment Rd location was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend others try Enterprise instead of the other guys.

I am moving from Charlotte to Raleigh.I called to rent a truck from charlotte, nc.And Mike was very nice. But he said I would have to Drive the truck Back to Charlotte after unloading the truck in Raleigh which is 3 hours. And then i would have to find a ride to Raleigh which is another 3 hours.

Rich is a superstar! I made a reservation and was having issues with my company card. Rich assisted me throughout the entire process, explained the benefits of the corporate program and also informed me on days to make reservations to ensure I got the vehicle needed. Please please promote this man. The world should experience his level of customer service, knowledge and expertise!
