AC was there this afternoon and told me he would handle an issue I had. He called me back in a short time and totally fixed my problem to my satisfaction. What I like about the Extra Space is someone is on site and answers the phone. Good customer service!

Experience was great. Worked with Acey Cotton, the asst. store manager. He was great. He told me about the facility, showed me around, and explained how everything works. He walked me through the application process and made sure I completely understood what I was getting. So far ot has been a great experience.
