Purchased from this store the owner walked me through the store showing what he had and I felt he was very honest not pushy. Purchased two beds a mattress and a dresser. He had them delivered and set up that day. He worked around my schedule and called as promised. I never had to chase him down. The delivery guy was insane he moved everything and had it set up in no time. I will be back in the future for sure! Best shopping experience I have had. Honest hard working locals that went above and beyond for me I am beyond impressed. Thank you so much ?

My experience with purchasing a couch was just amazing. My sales person was knowledgable and was also friendly. They could have delivered my couch the same day but were open to my schedule as I just moved here. I also highly recommend this place because he gives the shipping/delivery money directly to his delivery man. As for the delivery process - flawless. He was in and out under 25 minutes, talk about fast!! If you need a good priced couch, highly recommend you stop here. It's for sure a diamond in the rough.

I will give them two thumbs up for price alone. Arie was my sales person, very knowledgeable about mattresses. They also have really good prices on sofa sets. I will be back after a save up. I will send my friends and family here.

My apartment manager referred this place. Great prices and they delivered my furniture same day. I am very happy with quick delivery, they made everything very easy. I recommend everybody give them a look, these prices cannot be beat!

If you want real warehouse pricing this is your place! Best prices I’ve seen.also went in at 7:30 evening and they delivered my queen mattress on the spot! I can enthusiastically recommend this place!

I went into Factory Direct on North Tryon looking for a mattress and box spring Paul my salesman told me if my box spring was in good condition I could just buy a mattress and save $100.00 And that's what I did I found the perfect pillow top mattress and then told me that he could hand tie the mattress on my car so in all Paul saved me a delivery fee plus the $100.00 on the box I didn't need THANKS PAUL FOR SAVING ME LOTS OF MONEY!!
