This pharmacy is closed permanently. Physically drove there only to find out that it had all been sold to Walgreens down the street. It says it’s still up and running on google but it’s not.

Worst experience. The owner Sanjay and Rakesh Patel do many illegal activities. They actually bill patients insurance without dispensing their medicine. Patients do not know about this as they cover up by acting nicely. Employees are quitting left and right. No benefits working at Family Care pharmacy. Both brothers pocket tons of money by ripping insurance companies.

Everyone is wonderful. Very pleasant when you walk in. Always ready to get something if they don't have it, which is very rare.

I love this Pharmacy and the people that work here! They really make me feel like I am a part of their family. I transferred all of my perscriptions to them from CVS. Not that I was unhappy with CVS, but they were everything CVS was plus so much more! They go the extra mile with the many extra things they do such as offering bottled water to my son and I on those hot days to quench our thirst. The are always happy to see me and they always greet me by name with a smile. They also offer FREE delivery for all my prescriptions. Billy is the kindest man that delivers my perscriptions right to my doorstep. He is absolutely the sweetest, kindest man you will ever meet! There is only 1 thing I would like to see and that would be for the Pharmacy to Open on Sundays. Even for like 3 or 4 hours. That would be great! But all the good outweighs this one item. Thank you to the great team at Family Care Specialty Pharmacy for making my life a little more pleasant and easier!

I was told that because it was the 1st of the month that they did not have time for any new patients. I work with a nonprofit organization that helps children get medication they need. We pay in full and do not ask for donations from pharmacies-we simply pay for these children to get their medication. In this case a child desperately needs an inhaler. The severity of this is heartbreaking! I like to support local businesses and chose Family Care Specialty based on the great reviews. I have never been more appalled or disgusted with a business. Sanjay-or something like that-was rude and heartless. I never write reviews but in this case I had to.

We've been with Family Care pharmacy for several years now and overall, have been very pleased. Their free delivery service saves us a lot of time and the delivery person is a delight. He always brings treats for our dog! The staff is very helpful and keeps things humming along for our family.

I have never placed a foot in this Pharmacy but I know few of these bunch well. Well enough to say that they have a good heart. And when who has good heart, they serve people, their community well.

These people are devoted to customer service and are the most peasant folks that my wife and I have ever dealt with in the pharmacy business. The pharmacist himself actually ran out of the store to take a prescription to my wife Diane that was previously omitted by oversight. If you live near UNC Charlotte or the University area, stop in, you'll see what I mean.
